Provided is a bubble removal apparatus for removing a bubble on a substrate during a process of manufacturing a display panel or a semiconductor using a liquid, and more particularly, to a bubble removal apparatus using acoustic waves that collects a bubble on a substrate using an acoustic wave and removes the bubble by moving the bubble to a desired position, and a bubble removal method using the same.

Provided are an apparatus and a method of controlling a stiffness of a soft material hardened from a liquid state having viscosity into a solid state. The apparatus of controlling a stiffness of a soft material includes: a soft material accommodating means including a chamber corresponding to a space in which the soft material having fluidity before being hardened is accommodated and a wall structure surrounding the chamber; and a stimulus means applying a stimulus to the soft material to generate a flow in the soft material, wherein a flow is applied to the soft material to control the stiffness in the soft material and control stiffnesses to be different from each other in each region of the soft material.

Apparatus and method of controlling stiffness of soft material

A light diffusing sheet according to an embodiment of the invention may be a light diffusing sheet that is formed on one side of a substrate and has a particular pattern formed on a surface thereof, where the light diffusing sheet may include a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) coating layer that is formed on one side of the substrate and a poly-chloro-p-xylene coating layer that is formed on one side of the polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) coating layer with a pattern formed on its surface, the tensile strength of the polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) coating layer is 10 to 60 psi, and a compressive force is applied on the polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) coating layer when an interface is formed between the polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) coating layer and the poly-chloro-p-xylene coating layer.
