The present invention relates to a matrix copolymer including a cellulose nanocrystal derivative, an alkyl (meth)acrylate-based monomer unit, an aromatic vinyl-based monomer unit, and a vinyl cyan-based monomer unit; a graft copolymer including a cellulose nanocrystal derivative, a conjugated diene-based polymer, an alkyl (meth)acrylate-based monomer unit, an aromatic vinyl-based monomer unit, and a vinyl cyan-based monomer unit; and a thermoplastic resin composition including at least one thereof. In accordance with the present invention, provided is a thermoplastic resin composition having improved processability, impact strength, tensile strength and chemical resistance while maintaining transparency.

The thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention comprises (A) a graft copolymer having a multilayer structure and (B) a thermoplastic copolymer, wherein the graft copolymer having a multilayer structure (A) comprises a core of a conjugated diene-based rubber latex having a weight average particle diameter of 500 &#x212b; to 2,000 &#x212b;; an intermediate layer; and a graft layer. The glass transition temperature of the intermediate layer is 40&#xb0; C. or less, the glass transition temperature of the graft layer is 80&#xb0; C. or more, and the refractive index difference between the graft copolymer (A) and the thermoplastic copolymer (B) is less than 0.01.

Since silica modified with a specific compound is dispersed in the periphery of rubber particles, that is, in the shell of the graft copolymer, the dispersibility of the graft copolymer may be improved.
