A thermoelectric apparatus includes a first substrate, a first electrode part including a plurality of first electrodes and a connection electrode disposed on the first substrate, a semiconductor structure part disposed on the first electrode part, a second electrode part disposed on the semiconductor structure part, a second substrate disposed on the second electrode part, a plurality of bonding layers disposed on the connection electrode, and a connector disposed on the plurality of bonding layers. The plurality of bonding layers includes a first bonding layer and a second bonding layer disposed along a first direction to be spaced apart from each other, and a third bonding layer and a fourth bonding layer disposed along a second direction different from the first direction to be spaced apart from each other.

Power generation device

A power generation device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a cooling part; a thermoelectric module disposed on a first region of one surface of the cooling part; a connector part disposed on a second region of the one surface of the cooling part and connected to the thermoelectric module; a heat insulating member disposed on the connector part and disposed so as to expose a side surface of the connector part; a shield member disposed so as to cover the heat insulating member and the connector part; and a first insulating layer disposed between the connector part and the shield member.

A cooling/warming device according to one embodiment of the present invention provides a cooling/warming device including a case including a lower case and an upper case coupled to the lower case, a fan which is accommodated in the case and circulates air introduced into the case, a thermoelectric device which is accommodated in the case, is disposed on a side surface of the fan, cools some air generated by the fan, and heats the remaining air, and a controller which is connected to the thermoelectric device and the fan and controls operation of the thermoelectric device and the fan.
