A capacitor-less low dropout regulator includes: a capacitor-less dual feedback loop unit including a plurality of feedback resistors, an error amplifier, and a transconductance cell to form a main loop passing through the error amplifier and a sub-loop passing through the gm cell without passing through the error amplifier; a dynamic compensation unit connected to a first main pole located at an output of the error amplifier and a second main pole located at an output of the gm cell to provide dynamic frequency compensation using a Miller effect to the first main pole and the second main pole according to a load current of the capacitor-less dual feedback loop unit; and a load current measurement unit configured to measure a load current of a third main pole formed at a load of the dual feedback loop unit to provide the load current to the dynamic compensation unit.

An error compensation circuit for analog capacitor memory circuits includes a first transistor and a second transistor with gates connected respectively to top and bottom of an analog memory capacitor to read a voltage charged in the analog memory capacitor; a first switch and a second switch connected respectively to the first transistor and the second transistor to select the voltage to read; a first capacitor and a second capacitor to charge an electric charge to compensate or refresh the analog memory capacitor according to on/off of the first switch and the second switch; and an input terminal connected to sources of the first transistor and the second transistor to apply the voltage to operate the circuit. Accordingly, it is possible to compensate for an unintended phenomenon of the analog capacitor memory or refresh a change in memory value caused by leakage.

A device for low-power bidirectional wireless data telemetry includes: a coil unit configured to perform forward telemetry and back telemetry; a full-wave rectifier unit configured to convert an AC voltage into a DC voltage; a current modulator configured to change a magnetic field by altering a path of the AC current generated, when the back telemetry is performed; an energy storage configured to generate a reuse power using the AC current; and a LDO unit configured to generate a source voltage using the power output from the full-wave rectifier unit and the reuse power generated by the energy storage. Accordingly, since the back telemetry and the forward telemetry may be performed simultaneously and the wasted current is reused, the power required for back telemetry may be reduced.

The electrocardiogram data includes data from an electrocardiogram from a person. The operations also include receiving pulse wave data from one or more pulse wave pressure sensors. The pulse wave data includes data from one or more pulse waves from the person. The operations further include determining blood pressure using the electrocardiogram data or the pulse wave data from the chest and the pulse wave data from the wrist or finger, and outputting an indication of the blood pressure. Another apparatus uses pulse wave data from two pulse wave sensors (e.g., pulse wave pressure sensor(s) and/or PPG sensor(s)) and blood pressure determinations are made using these pulse wave data.

A resistive processing unit (RPU) device includes a weight storage device to store a weight voltage which corresponds to a weight value of the RPU device, and a read transistor having a gate connected to the weight storage device, and first and second source/drain terminals connected to first and second control ports, respectively. A current source connected to the second source/drain terminal generates a fixed reference current. The read transistor generates a weight current in response to the weight voltage. A read current output from the second control port represents a signed weight value of the RPU device. A magnitude of the read current is equal to a difference between the weight current and the fixed reference current. The sign of the read current is positive when the weight current is greater than the fixed reference current, and negative when the weight current is less than the fixed reference current.
