A display device includes: a substrate; a semiconductor on the substrate, and including a channel, a first region, and a second region; an auxiliary insulating layer on the semiconductor; a first auxiliary electrode on the auxiliary insulating layer, and overlapping with the first region of the semiconductor; a second auxiliary electrode on the auxiliary insulating layer, and overlapping with the second region of the semiconductor; a gate electrode on the auxiliary insulating layer, and overlapping with the channel of the semiconductor; a first electrode on the first auxiliary electrode, and connected to the first region of the semiconductor; and a second electrode on the second auxiliary electrode, and connected to the second region of the semiconductor.

The present disclosure relates to a display device including a substrate, a gate line on the substrate, a data line crossing the gate line, a pixel connected to the gate line and the data line, and a dummy data line disposed at an edge on the substrate and crossing the gate line, wherein the dummy data line includes openings that is disposed on a portion that is near an overlapping portion with the gate line, and portions of the dummy data line separated by the openings are electrically insulated from each other.

A display device may include a floating electrode, a common-voltage electrode, a transistor, and a pixel electrode. The floating electrode may be electrically floating. The common-voltage electrode may be electrically connected to a voltage source. The pixel electrode may be electrically connected to the transistor. A first portion of the pixel electrode may overlap neither of the floating electrode and the common-voltage electrode in a direction perpendicular to at least one of the pixel electrode and an image display side of the display device. A second portion of the pixel electrode may overlap the common-voltage electrode. A third portion of the pixel electrode may overlap the floating electrode.

Adjacent color filters among the plurality of color filters overlap with each other in the part corresponding to the data line. The first opening is disposed in a part corresponding to the region where the adjacent color filters overlap with each other.
