A non-oriented electrical steel sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention includes, in wt %, Si: 2.2 to 4.5%, Mn: 0.5% or less (excluding 0%), Al: 0.001 to 0.5%, Sn: 0.07 to 0.25%, and N: 0.0010 to 0.0090%, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. A surface layer portion existing in an inner direction from a surface of the steel sheet and a central portion existing inside the surface layer portion are included, and the central portion includes N at 0.005 wt % or less, and the surface layer portion further includes N at 0.001 wt % or more compared to the central portion; and the surface layer portion has an average grain size of 60 μm or less, while the central portion has an average grain size of 70 to 300 μm.

Non-oriented electrical steel sheet and method for manufacturing same

Disclosed are an oriented electrical steel sheet and a manufacturing method thereof. An exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a method of manufacturing an oriented electrical steel sheet, including: providing a slab including Si at 1.0 to 4.0 wt %, C at 0.1 to 0.4 wt %, and the remaining portion including Fe and other inevitably incorporated impurities; reheating the slab; producing a hot rolled steel sheet by hot rolling the slab; performing annealing of the hot rolled steel sheet; cold rolling the annealed hot rolled steel sheet; decarburizing and primary annealing the cold rolled steel sheet; cold rolling the decarburized and annealed steel sheet; and secondary annealing the cold rolled steel sheet.

Grain-oriented electrical steel sheet and manufacturing method therefor

A method for manufacturing grain-oriented electrical steel sheet includes: manufacturing a steel slab having at least one of 2 wt % to 7 wt % of Si, 0.03 wt % to 0.10 wt % of Sn, and 0.01 wt % to 0.05 wt % of Sb; hot-rolling the steel slab to produce a hot-rolled sheet; cold-rolling the hot-rolled sheet to produce a cold-rolled sheet; primary recrystallization-annealing the cold-rolled sheet; applying an annealing separator to the primary recrystallization-annealed cold-rolled sheet and drying the same; and secondary recrystallization-annealing the cold-rolled sheet on which the annealing separator is applied. The primary recrystallization-annealing is performed so that the thickness of an oxide layer formed on the surface of the cold-rolled sheet is 0.5 &#x3bc;m to 2.5 &#x3bc;m, and the oxygen amount of the oxide layer is 600 ppm or more after the primary recrystallization-annealing, and in which a forsterite (MgSiO) film can be removed in the secondary recrystallization-annealing.

A manufacturing method of an oriented electrical steel sheet according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: a step of manufacturing a steel slab including one kind or more among Si at 2 to 7%, Sn at 0.03 to 0.10%, and Sb at 0.01 to 0.05% as wt %; a step of hot-rolling the steel slab to manufacture a hot rolled sheet; a step of cold-rolling the hot rolled sheet to manufacture a cold rolled sheet; a step of decarburizing and nitriding the cold rolled sheet for primary recrystallization annealing; a step of coating and drying an annealing separating agent on the primary recrystallization-annealed cold rolled sheet; and a step of secondary recrystallization-annealing the cold rolled sheet coated with the annealing separating agent.

A method for manufacturing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: heating a slab, based on 100 wt % of a total composition thereof, including N at 0.0005 wt % to 0.015 wt %, Ti at 0.0001 wt % to 0.020 wt %, V at 0.0001 wt % to 0.020 wt %, Nb at 0.0001 wt % to 0.020 wt %, B at 0.0001 wt % to 0.020 wt %, and the remaining portion including Fe and other impurities, and then hot rolling it to prepare a hot-rolled steel sheet; annealing the hot-rolled steel sheet; after the hot-rolled steel sheet is annealed, cooling the hot-rolled steel sheet, and then cold rolling it to prepare a cold-rolled steel sheet; decarburization-annealing the cold-rolled steel sheet and then nitriding-annealing it, or simultaneously performing the decarburization-annealing and the nitriding-annealing; and final-annealing the decarburization-annealed and nitriding-annealed steel sheet.

An oriented electrical steel sheet includes Ba at about 0.005 wt % to about 0.5 wt % inclusive, Y at about 0.005 wt % to about 0.5 wt % inclusive, or a composite of Ba and Y at about 0.005 wt % to about 0.5 wt % inclusive, the remainder including Fe and impurities, based on 100 wt % of a total composition of a base steel sheet thereof.
