In a method of operating a storage device including a storage controller and a nonvolatile memory, the storage device is powered on based on an activation of an external power supply voltage. An establishment of communication with a host device is waited for, based on a link signal between the storage device and the host device. Without the establishment of communication with the host device, a retention enhancement operation is performed on the storage device by entering a retention enhancement mode and by providing at least one command from the storage controller to the nonvolatile memory.

Method of operating storage device for retention enhancement and storage device performing the same

An electronic device and method are disclosed. The electronic device includes a microphone, a speaker and a processor. The processor implements the method, including: receiving a first voice input through the microphone, outputting a response related to a function through the speaker, based on the first voice input, when a second voice input is received through the microphone during output of the response, interrupting the output of the response and continue to receive the second voice input, and executing the function based on content of the received second voice input and content of the response output up to one of: a first time point when the second voice input was initially received, and a second time point when the output of the response was interrupted.

According to an embodiment, an electronic device comprises: a communication module comprising communication circuitry, a memory, and at least one processor. The memory stores instructions which, when executed, cause the at least one processor to control the electronic device to: transmit, to a first electronic device through the communication module, first response data obtained by processing a first speech input corresponding to a first utterance received from the first electronic device, identify a second electronic device including circuitry configured to detect a second utterance associated with the first response data within a designated time after the first utterance, transmit a wake-up signal to the second electronic device, receive, from the second electronic device, a speech input corresponding to an utterance obtained by a microphone turned on based on the wake-up signal, identify whether the received speech input corresponding to the utterance is a second speech input corresponding to the second utterance, obtain second response data obtained by processing the second speech input based on the first speech input and the first response data in response to identifying that the received speech input corresponding to the utterance is the second speech input corresponding to the second utterance, and transmit the second response data to at least one of the first electronic device or the second electronic device through the communication module.

A multimedia information appliance includes a camera unit, an image display unit, and a multi-port memory. The camera unit includes an image sensor, an image signal processor, an application processor, and a multi-port memory. The image sensor is configured to receive an optical signal of a photographed image from a lens, and to convert the optical signal into an electrical signal. The image signal processor is configured to convert the electrical signal into an image signal, and to control the image sensor. The application processor is configured to process the image signal. The multi-port memory includes a plurality of data input/output ports and stores signals received from the image signal processor and the application process through different data input/output ports.

Multimedia information appliance

A camera unit includes an image sensor, an image signal processor, an application processor and a frame memory. The image sensor receives an optical signal from a lens unit and converts it into an electrical signal. The image signal processor converts the electrical signal into an image signal, and includes a first sub block controlling the image sensor and the lens unit and a second sub block receiving and processing the image signal from the first sub block. The application processor receives the image signal from the second sub block and further processes the image signal. The frame memory is connected to the second sub block and the application processor to store the processed image signal. The image sensor and the first sub block constitute a first chip not connected to the frame memory, and the second sub block and the application processor constitute a second chip connected to the frame memory.
