A method of manufacturing an organic light emitting display panel forming a protective insulating film in a luminescent region without causing defects in a pattern is disclosed. The method of manufacturing an organic light emitting display panel includes forming a substrate having a luminescent region and a pad region, simultaneously forming a light emitting cell in the luminescent region and an organic pattern in the pad region, forming a protective insulating film over the substrate, bonding the substrate provided with the protective insulating film and the sealing substrate using an adhesive film formed in a region corresponding to the luminescent region, cutting the bonded substrate provided with the protective insulating film and the sealing substrate into a plurality of unit panels to expose the pad region, and removing the protective insulating film and the organic pattern in the exposed pad region.

Method of manufacturing organic light emitting display panel

An organic electroluminescent display (OELD) device includes first and second substrates facing each other, a plurality of gate lines, a plurality of data lines and a plurality of power lines on the first substrate, the gate and data lines crossing each other to define a plurality of pixel regions, a switching element and a driving element connected to each other in each pixel region, a first electrode connected to the driving element, an organic luminescent layer on the first electrode, and a second electrode on the organic luminescent layer. The organic luminescent layer includes a hole injection layer, a hole transporting layer, an emission material layer, an electron transporting layer, and an electron injection layer in order. Further, the hole injection layer includes a crystallizable hole injection material and a hole transporting material, and the hole transporting layer includes the hole transporting material.

A method of manufacturing an organic electroluminescent display device includes forming a first electrode on a first substrate including a plurality of pixel regions; forming a patterned spacer on the first electrode in the pixel region; forming an organic light emitting layer on the first electrode in the pixel region and on the patterned spacer; forming a second electrode on the organic light emitting layer; forming a calcium oxide layer on the second electrode; forming a moisture-absorbing layer on the calcium oxide layer; forming a driving thin film transistor on a second substrate; and forming a connection electrode connected to the driving thin film transistor, the connection electrode contacting the second electrode on the patterned spacer.
