Disclosed is a cleaning robot including: a driving unit configured to move the cleaning robot; an obstacle sensor configured to sense an obstacle; and a controller configured to reduce, if a distance between the cleaning robot and the obstacle is shorter than or equal to a reference distance, a driving speed of the cleaning robot so that the driving speed of the cleaning robot is lower than a shock absorbing speed when the cleaning robot contacts the obstacle.

A cleaning robot includes a navigator to move a main body, a remote controller to output a modulated infrared ray in accordance with a control command of a user and to form a light spot, a light receiver to receive the infrared ray from the remote controller, and a controller to control the navigator such that the main body tracks the light spot when the modulated infrared ray is received in accordance with the control command. Because the cleaning robot tracks a position indicated by the remote controller, a user may conveniently move the cleaning robot.

A robot cleaner may include a main body; a traveling assembly moving the main body; a cleaning tool assembly installed in the lower part of the main body, and contacting a floor to clean the floor; a water-feeding unit supplying water to the cleaning tool assembly; and a capacitance measurer contacting the cleaning tool assembly, and measuring capacitance of the cleaning tool assembly in order to calculate an amount of water of the cleaning tool assembly. Accordingly, by measuring an amount of water of a cleaning tool installed in a robot cleaner based on capacitance, it is possible to accurately measure an amount of water absorbed in a cleaning tool.

In one aspect, the display devices includes display area configured to display an image, a non-display area adjacent to the display area, and a first substrate having a first side and including a touch sensor in the display area and a touch sensor pad in the non-display area. In one aspect, the display device includes a display area and a non-display area adjacent to the display area, a first substrate including a touch sensor in the display area and a touch sensor pad in the non-display area, and a second substrate opposing the first substrate, the second substrate including a pixel in the display area and a connection pad in the non-display area. An interlayer in the display area is provided between the first substrate and the second substrate, a plurality of conductive balls electrically connects the touch sensor pad and the connection pad, and an inter-bar in the non-display area is provided between the first substrate and the second substrate. The inter-bar is disposed adjacent to the connection pad, and the conductive balls have an average diameter that is greater than the height of the inter-bar.

A robot cleaner enables a wet cleaning, has a replaceable cleaning unit, and ensures a sufficient friction force for doing a wet cleaning of a floor. The robot cleaner includes a frame including a wheel for driving, a replaceable cleaning unit formed at a lower part of the frame to clean a bottom surface and disposed in front of the wheel, a tank disposed at an upper part of the wheel and configured to supply fluid to the cleaning unit, a pump configured to pump the fluid contained in the tank such that the fluid contained in the tank is supplied to the cleaning unit, a hose configured to extend to the pump and the upper part of the cleaning unit and through which the fluid pumped by the pump flows, and a bumper formed on a side of the frame.

A display device includes a first substrate including a first area and a second area, light emitting elements arranged in the first area, connecting pads arranged in the second area, a thin film encapsulation layer arranged on the light emitting elements, a second substrate including a third area and a fourth area, sensing pads arranged in the fourth area, a touch sensor layer including sensing electrodes arranged in the third area and sensing lines connected between the sensing electrodes and the sensing pads, an interlayer arranged between the thin film encapsulation layer and the touch sensor layer, and a conductive member connected between the connecting pads and the sensing pads.

A robot cleaner includes a housing a sensor assembly disposed in the housing, wherein the sensor assembly comprises a light source configured to emit light toward an area in front of the housing; a camera unit comprising a lens; a reflector configured to reflect light incident on a front of the housing toward a front region of the lens; and a guide member hollow inside configured to guide light incident on a top of the housing toward a rear region of the lens.
