Disclosed herein are a fluid sand falling type circulating fluidized bed boiler with a plurality of risers for preventing erosion and corrosion of water tubes and increasing combustion efficiency, and a method of operating the same. The fluid sand falling type circulating fluidized bed boiler with a plurality of risers includes a boiler section into which fuel and oxidizer are injected, a riser section connected to the boiler section so that the fuel and fluid sand supplied from the boiler section are introduced from the bottom of the riser section and flow up, and a relay section provided on the boiler section to supply the fluid sand having passed through the riser section to the boiler section, wherein the fuel is injected from the top of the boiler section and burned while flowing down therein.

A cyclone dust collector having a single or multiple dust collection bodies installed within a housing, wherein the dust collection body is composed of an upper primary cylindrical dust collection part and a lower secondary conical duct collection part, and a single or multiple slits are cut in the wall surfaces of the primary and secondary dust collection parts in such a manner that large dust particles with large inertial force are removed between the dust collection housing and the dust collection body via the slit(s), while small dust particles with small inertial force make a swirling flow motion within the dust collection body and are removed by the centrifugal force.

There is provided a modularized hybrid dust collector for treating dust generated in various industrial processes. The box-shaped hybrid dust collector includes a first box-shaped dust collecting unit or a first cylindrical dust collecting unit, to which the inertial impaction and the principle of collecting dust using the centrifugal force are applied, and a second box-shaped dust collecting unit implemented by a dust collecting filter such that a problem of employing a cleaner and a limit of capacity, of a conventional cylindrical dust collector, can be overcome, and a high capacity modularized hybrid dust collector in which the box-shaped hybrid dust collector as a basic module and a plurality of dust collector modules are combined.
