A method of operating a memory system, which includes a memory controller and at least one non-volatile memory, includes storing, in the memory system, temperature-dependent performance level information received from a host disposed external to the memory system, setting an operation performance level of the memory system to a first performance level, operating the memory controller and the at least one non-volatile memory device according to the first performance level, detecting an internal temperature of the memory system, and changing the operation performance level of the memory system to a second performance level that is different from the first performance level. The operation performance level is changed by the memory controller of the memory system, and changing the operation performance level is based on the temperature-dependent performance level information and the detected internal temperature.

Memory system and method of operating the same

Provided are a digital image processing apparatus and a method of controlling the same. The digital image processing apparatus includes a digital signal processing unit that recognizes a facial expression of a face from a photographed image, determines whether the eyes of the subject's face are closed, and re-photographs the image when the eyes are closed. The method of controlling the digital image processing apparatus includes: (a) receiving an image; (b) generating a photographed image by photographing the image; (c) checking whether the eyes on a face photographed on the photographed image are closed; and (d) generating a re-photographed image by re-photographing the image when the eyes are closed.

A current mirror for providing a large current ratio and a high output impedance even in radio frequency operation and a differential amplifier including the same are provided. The current mirror includes a current source for supplying a reference current, a reference transistor, an output transistor, and a proportional-to-absolute temperature (PTAT) voltage generator. The current source has a first terminal connected to a first reference voltage and a second terminal. The reference transistor has a control electrode, a first current carrying electrode connected to the second terminal of the current source, and a second current carrying electrode connected to a second reference voltage. The output transistor has a control electrode, a first current carrying electrode connected to an output terminal to which a mirrored current flows, and a second current carrying electrode connected to the second reference voltage. The PTAT voltage generator is connected between the control electrode of the reference transistor and the control electrode of the output transistor, for increasing the voltage of the control electrode of the reference transistor to a predetermined voltage and supplying the increased voltage to the control electrode of the output transistor.
