A display device includes a plurality of first pixels disposed in a first pixel area and initialized by a voltage of a first initialization power source, a plurality of second pixels disposed in a second pixel area and initialized by a voltage of a second initialization power source different from the first initialization power source, a data driver that supplies a data signal to a plurality of data lines connected to the first pixels and the second pixels, and a scan driver that supplies a scan signal to a plurality of scan lines connected to the first pixels and the second pixels. A black data signal supplied from the data driver to the first pixels and a black data signal supplied from the data driver to the second pixels are set to the same voltage.

The timing controller outputs a first clock signal having first rising time during an active section and a second clock signal having second rising time during a blank section adjacent to the active section. The driver generates a data signal based on the first clock signal and the second clock signal and to output the data signal. The display panel displays an image based on the data signal. The first rising time is shorter than the second rising time.

A display device may include a display panel, a light source configured to provide light to the display panel, a bottom chassis in which the light source is located, a top chassis coupled to the bottom chassis and covering an edge of the display panel, and a conductive tape attached to the bottom chassis and the top chassis. The conductive tape may have an uneven pattern.

A display device includes a first substrate including: a display area in which an image is displayed, and a non-display area in which an image is not displayed and a signal line is disposed to transmit or receive an electrical signal to or from the display area of the first substrate; a second substrate coupled to the first substrate and exposing the non-display area of the first substrate; and a sealing member which is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate and couples the first substrate and the second substrate to each other. The sealing member between the first substrate and the second substrate extends to overlap the signal line in the exposed non-display area of the first substrate.

An exemplary embodiment of the present invention discloses a voltage generation circuit of a display apparatus, including at least one resistor, a memory configured to store a resistance value set signal, a controller changing a resistance value of the resistor referring to the resistance value set stored in the memory, and a voltage generator connected to one end of the resistor and is configured to receive an input current corresponding to the resistance value of the resistor and generate a gate-on voltage corresponding to the input current.

Voltage generation integrated circuit and display apparatus having the same

Provided is a timing controller configured to operate a display device. The timing controller includes a receiving unit receiving a still image signal; a transmitting unit outputting an output data used to display images; a clock frequency spreader generating a spread clock signal having a frequency value adjusted between first and second frequency values by modulating a reference clock signal; a memory system storing a first image data which corresponds to a first frame of an image, and outputting the first image data in response to the spread clock signal; and a still image managing unit communicating with the memory system in order to output the first image data as the output data. According to the timing controller, electro-magnetic interference may be reduced and operation errors of the display device may be prevented.

A method of mounting an electronic device includes: preparing a printed circuit board including a base substrate, connection pads disposed on the base substrate and spaced apart from each other, and a solder resist including contact holes exposing a portion of the connection pads; disposing preliminary bumps on the exposed portion of the connection pads via the contact holes; disposing under-fill patterns in areas between the preliminary bumps on the solder resist; disposing an electronic device on the preliminary bumps and the under-fill patterns; and mounting the electronic device onto the printed circuit board by reflowing the preliminary bumps and the under-fill patterns. The disposing of the under-fill patterns may include: providing an under-fill film including a base film having openings spaced apart from each other, and the under-fill patterns disposed within the openings; applying pressure to the under-fill film; and removing the base film from the under-fill film.
