The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for providing a driver-customized service. The present invention is configured to collect bio-signal information of a driver from a first sensor, collect current health condition information of the driver based on data stored in a health information DB, collect environmental condition information of an interior of a vehicle from a second sensor, collect environmental condition information of an exterior of the vehicle from a third sensor, generate a driving index based on the pieces of information collected from the first to third sensors and the health information DB, and perform a vehicle control operation corresponding to the driving index. Accordingly, the present invention not only enables the accident risk of drivers to be decreased, but also allows the drivers to drive their vehicles, which were considered to be only transportation means, in a safer and more comfortable environment.

Method and apparatus for providing driver-customized vehicle service

An apparatus for providing vehicle accident information periodically collects vehicle travel information, and stores vehicle travel information that is collected during an accident of a vehicle, in a vehicle black box. The apparatus for providing vehicle accident information collects information about other vehicles through communication with the other vehicles during the accident of the vehicle, and stores the collected information in the vehicle black box. Since the information about the other vehicles is collected through communication with the other vehicles as described above, it is possible to provide more accurate and efficient information required for dealing with the accident. In addition, vehicle accident information, which includes time when an accident occurs, location where an accident occurs, and the type of accident, is transmitted to a related agency such as a police station and a traffic center, so that it is possible to quickly deal with the accident.

Disclosed is a method for increasing a data transfer rate without an increase in the whole bandwidth using intrinsic spreading codes and orthogonal codes. The base station in which a plurality of antennas having RF modules are installed transmits a signal including location information of each of the antennas to the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal carries out location detection by selectively using location information received from a GPS receiver or location information received from a DSRC transceiver. The base station and mobile terminal for location detection can perform location detection with high accuracy using the existing DSRC service. The apparatus for performing a variable point IFFT includes: an IFFT interpolator generating interpolation data signals having a determined point and interpolating a plurality of interpolation data, the number of which depends on an IFFT operation mode signal into input data; an IFFT operator generating IFFT operation data signals by performing an IFFT operation for the interpolated data signals; an IFFT mode selector selecting and outputting some of the IFFT operation data signals in response to the IFFT operation mode signal so that the selected IFFT operation data have the same number of points as the input data; and a control unit outputting the IFFT operation. Therefore, it is possible to easily compute variably sized IFFT/FFT hardware.

An apparatus for transmitting and receiving a signal in Code Division Multiple Access/Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (CDMA/OFDM) system is provided. The apparatus discriminates user signals with a unique spreading code and the orthogonal codes, increases data transmission rate with the non-binary value without increasing of entire bandwidth used by the users, solves signal interference with interleaver and diversity effect of interleaving and OFDM, and maximizes transmission efficiency by varying modulation schemes depending on channel states.
