Provided are a metal precursor containing an oxime group, which is represented by general formula 1, and a metal precursor ink containing same. The metal precursor ink according to the present invention enhance metal content, induce intramolecular and/or intermolecular complexation, thereby enabling low temperature sintering with excellent solubility and stability. The metal precursor ink according to the present invention can be used to form a metal wire with a desired shape. Therefore, the metal precursor ink can find applications in the field of printed electronics, particularly various electrodes, such as mesh type transparent electrodes.

Provided is a conductive ink including a conductive material and at least one benzoxazine-based compound. The conductive ink of the present invention can be easily formed into a thin film, is highly conductive after sintering, and has superior adhesion to various substrates. In addition, the use of the conductive ink according to the present invention facilitates the formation of a glossy, mirror-like metal thin film with high reflectance.

The present invention relates to a method for producing a transparent conductive film in a form of complex multi-layer film comprising at least one layer using a silver complex compound having special structure and an organic acid metal salt. The method for producing the transparent conductive film, using one or more solution processes, comprises steps of (1) forming a transparent layer over a transparent substrate to improve transmittance; and (2) forming the conductive layer allowing conductivity, and further comprises a step of (3) forming a protective layer to prevent a change over time of the conductive layer. According to the present invention, it is possible to achieve large-scaled transparent conductive film having excellent conductivity and transmittance, as well as simple processes.

Provided is a method for manufacturing a metal film, including: coating or printing a metal ink containing an organic metal complex on a substrate; and necessarily parallel-performing a pressure process during a procedure of forming metal particles by firing the metal ink, thereby forming a conductive metal film. Disclosed herein is a method of manufacturing a metal flake, including the steps of: applying metal ink containing an organic metal compound onto a substrate; calcining the metal ink applied on the substrate to form a thin metal film; separating the formed thin metal film from the substrate; and pulverizing the separated thin metal film. The method of manufacturing a metal flake is characterized in that the thickness and size of metal flakes can be easily adjusted, metal flakes having excellent conductivity and gloss can be obtained, and metal flakes can be mass-produced using environmentally friendly and economical methods.

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing conductive fibers, more precisely a method of manufacturing conductive fibers comprising the steps of coating silver complex compound coating solution on non-conductive fibers to coat the fibers with silver complex compound; heating the fibers to form a silver coating layer; and forming an antioxidant layer thereon, and conductive fibers prepared by the same. The method of manufacturing conductive fibers of the present invention not only is simple and easy but also requires low production costs. So, the conductive fibers prepared by the method of the present invention are not only excellent in conductivity but also excellent in other mechanical properties such as adhesive strength of the conductive layer, fiber strength and softness, etc.
