Provided are a dual mode terminal for supporting an access in a different network, a network apparatus, and an operation method thereof. The dual mode terminal may include: an interface to receive first network information from a first network apparatus and to receive second network information from a second network apparatus in response to each network information request; a selection unit to select a single network apparatus based on the first network information and the second network information; and a processing unit to transmit a call connection request to the selected network apparatus, and to control a communication with the selected network apparatus depending on whether the selected network apparatus allows a call connection.

A system for automatically setting an environment of a user terminal includes a space and context-aware device for sensing a space and a context using a plurality of sensors, defining environment setting information corresponding to the sensed space and context, and sending the defined environment setting information to a user terminal, thereby requesting environment setting or release. Further, the system for automatically setting an environment of a user terminal includes a user terminal for changing environment setting mode while communicating with the space and context-aware device and automatically changing to a status corresponding to the environment setting information when the environment setting information is received.

System and method for automatically setting environment of user terminal

Provided is a method for selecting a broadcast routing path using a genetic algorithm in an Ad-hoc network. In the method, a plurality of nodes of the Ad-hoc network is defined as one chromosome, and the chromosome is represented with pairs of {order, power} in each node. Child nodes are created by performing an order based crossover and a power based crossover with respect to parent nodes neighboring to a source node. A mutation operation is performed with respect to the parent nodes and the child nodes. Relay nodes are determined by converting order and power information of each node of the chromosome into routing tree information. Power of the relay nodes is determined. A broadcast routing path is selected using the number and power of the relay nodes.
