The disclosed terminal device may include a memory unit storing instructions readable by a computer; and a processor unit implemented to execute the instructions, where the processor unit may compute a probability distribution model for achieving the intentions of a user by using raw data related to time-dependent actions of the user and may generate user behavior data by using the probability distribution model, with the user behavior data comprising time series data in which multiple actions composing the intentions of the user are aligned in order.

A method of forming a buffer layer for a nitride compound semiconductor light emitting device includes placing a sapphire (AlO) substrate in a reaction chamber; introducing a nitrogen source gas into a reaction chamber; and annealing the substrate in a state where the nitrogen source gas is introduced into the reaction chamber, to form an AIN compound layer on the substrate. The AIN compound layer having intermediate properties between those of the substrate and a semiconductor layer is formed between the substrate and the semiconductor layer. Thus, an interface space between the AIN compound layer and the buffer layer or the semiconductor layer that is to be formed on the AIN compound layer becomes smaller and a crystal stress also becomes smaller, thereby reducing a crack that may be generated due to differences in lattice constant and thermal expansion coefficient between the substrate and the semiconductor layer.

A variable bulge device for displacing bulges of a rotation head drum, capable of adjusting a protruded amount of a bulge used, depending on a rotation speed of the rotating head drum and the kind of a tape used. The device includes an operating member partially protruded at one end thereof through a bulge hole formed at a lower drum of the rotation head drum, the operating member having a variable bulge provided by the protruded end, and a drive unit for driving the operating member and thereby adjusting the protruded amount and position of the variable bulge. For adjusting a protruded amount of a bulge used, depending on a rotation speed of the rotating head drum and the kind of a tape used, the device includes a hollow elastic rubber film partially protruded at an upper end thereof through a bulge hole formed at a lower drum of the rotation head drum, the elastic rubber film having a variable bulge provided by the protruded end, an operating fluid contained in the elastic rubber film, an operating fluid expanding unit adapted to expand the operating fluid and thereby adjust the protruded amount of the variable bulge.

A cartridge for a color video printer comprises a cartridge body with a film paper section occupying a part of a space inside the cartridge body and a container for containing the printing papers and occupying the other part of the space inside the cartridge body. The film paper section for containing film papers consists of a supply reel and a take-up reel mounted inside the cartridge body. A discharge hole and a inlet hole are formed on a top plate of the cartridge body. The printing paper container consists of a container with one of its side walls open. A color vide printer using the cartridge has a pair of loading rollers for automatically loading the film papers, a FO-CRT for exposing an image to be printed onto the film papers, a capstan shaft, a pinch roller, a belt interlocking the pinch roller and one of the loading rollers, a pair of pressing rollers, a pair of guide rollers, and a fixing unit for fixing the transcribed image of the printing papers. The film papers and the printing papers are contained in one cartridge and replacement of the printing papers and an exchange operation of the film papers can be carried out simply. Also, the color video printer is compact.
