Provided is a silicate glass, a method for preparing a silicate glass-ceramics by using the silicate glass, and a method for preparing a lithium disilicate glass-ceramics by using the silicate glass, and more particularly, to a method for preparing a glass-ceramics that has a nanosize of 0.2 to 0.5 &#x3bc;m and contains lithium disilicate and silicate crystalline phases. A nano lithium disilicate glass-ceramics containing a SiOcrystalline phase includes: a glass composition including 70 to 85 wt % SiO, 10 to 13 wt % LiO, 3 to 7 wt % POworking as a nuclei formation agent, 0 to 5 wt % AlOfor increasing a glass transition temperature and a softening point and enhancing chemical durability of glass, 0 to 2 wt % ZrO, 0.5 to 3 wt % CaO for increasing a thermal expansion coefficient of the glass, 0.5 to 3 wt % NaO, 0.5 to 3 wt % KO, and 1 to 2 wt % colorants, and 0 to 2.0 wt % mixture of MgO, ZnO, F, and LaO.

Silicate glass, method for preparing silicate glass-ceramics by using the silicate glass, and method for preparing nano lithium disilicate glass-ceramics by using the silicate glass

Provided is a method for preparing a lithium disilicate glass-ceramics containing silicate as a main component, and more particularly, to a method for preparing a glass-ceramics, which is capable of adjusting machinability or translucency according to a crystalline size by using a first heat treatment or a second heat treatment. To this end, a method for preparing a glass-ceramics containing a silica crystalline phase includes: performing a first heat treatment on a glass composition at a temperature of 400 to 850&#xb0; C., so that a lithium disilicate crystalline phase and a silica crystalline phase each having a size of 5 to 2,000 nm are formed through the first heat treatment. After the first heat treatment, the method further includes performing a second heat treatment at a temperature of 780 to 880&#xb0; C., so that translucency is adjusted by a temperature of the second heat treatment.

The present invention relates to a method for preparing a lithium disilicate glass-ceramics containing silicate as a main component, and more particularly, to a method for preparing a glass-ceramics, which is capable of adjusting machinability or translucency according to a crystalline size by using a first heat treatment or a second heat treatment. To this end, a method for preparing a glass-ceramics containing a silica crystalline phase includes: performing a first heat treatment on a glass composition at a temperature of 400 to 850&#xb0; C., so that a lithium disilicate crystalline phase and a silica crystalline phase each having a size of 5 to 2,000 nm are formed through the first heat treatment. Dental glass-ceramics block bonded with abutment and preparation method thereof

Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure provide a lithium silicate crystalline or amorphous glass overlaying the top surfaces of zirconia and the manufacturing process thereof. More specifically, exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure provide a lithium silicate glass or lithium silicate crystalline glass with high light transmittance and good coloring characteristics and the manufacturing process thereof, which overlays the top surface of zirconia with high mechanical strength, frameworks, or copings. Exemplary embodiments of the present invention provide the high strength and aesthetic lithium disilicate crystalline glass, one kind of dental restoration materials, and its manufacturing method which induces the growth of the different crystal phase, cristobalite, from glass with lithium disilicate crystal.
