Disclosed is a UWB antenna module arranged in the lateral direction of a portable terminal so as to prevent deterioration of communication performance while minimizing a mounting space. The disclosed UWB antenna module comprises: a planar base substrate; a plurality of radiation patterns arranged on the upper surface of the base substrate, and arranged so as to be spaced from each other; a switching element arranged on the lower surface of the base substrate and connected to the plurality of radiation patterns; and a communication chipset arranged to be spaced from the switching element on the lower surface of the base substrate, and connected to one of the plurality of radiation patterns through a switching operation of the switching element.

UWB antenna module

Disclosed is a radar antenna including an antenna body including a first plate and a second plate; a slot radiation part and a slot reception part formed in the first plate; a transmission port and a reception port formed in the second plate; and a waveguide formed by assembling the first and second plates. The slot radiation part includes a first slot radiation part configured to radiate a radio wave in a first detection range, and a second slot radiation part configured to radiate radio waves in a second detection range having a larger width and distance than the first detection range.

The provided antenna package having the cavity structure comprises: an antenna substrate, on the upper surface of which multiple radiation patches are formed and on the lower surface of which multiple signal processing elements are formed; and a cavity substrate which has an accommodation portion formed therethrough to receive the multiple signal processing elements and is disposed on the lower surface of the antenna substrate.

Antenna package having cavity structure

Disclosed is an antenna module for minimizing the occurrence of breakdowns during the manufacturing thereof by adhering heterogeneous material, which adheres heterogeneous material base substrates with adhesive substrates. The disclosed antenna module has a plurality of first radiation patterns formed on the upper surface of a first base substrate, has a plurality of second radiation patterns and a plurality of chipsets formed on the upper surface and the lower surface of a second base substrate disposed below the first base substrate, has a first adhesive substrate interposed between the first base substrate and the second base substrate, wherein the first adhesive substrate has air gap holes formed therein so as to form air gaps between the plurality of first radiation patterns and the plurality of second radiation patterns.

The present invention relates to 1-/2-substituted-1H/-2H-[1,2,3]triazolo[4,5-g]phthalazine-4,9-dione compounds and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, a process for preparing the compounds and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compounds. The compounds are shown to effectively inhibit cell proliferation and are thus expected to be used for treatment or prevention or treatment of various cancers or as an ancillary(auxiliary) means of the same.
