A display device is provided, which includes a jog switch which performs a moving operation in a plurality of directions and a push operation, a display unit which displays a first user interface (UI) for adjusting a channel or a volume of the display device or a second UI for adjusting other functions of the display device in accordance with a first operation of the jog switch, and a control unit which adjusts a selected function of the display device in accordance with a second operation of the jog switch in which is performed in a state where the first UI or the second UI is displayed. The jog switch is formed to project for a predetermine height from a surface of the display device, and thus a user can find the jog switch easily and promptly even is the jog switch is obstructed from view.

An electronic brake system includes a master cylinder connected to a reservoir, the master cylinder including first and second master chambers and first and second pistons provided in the master chambers; a hydraulic pressure supply device activated by an electrical signal to generate a hydraulic pressure; a hydraulic pressure control unit configured to transfer, to a plurality of wheel cylinder provided in wheels, a hydraulic pressure discharged from the hydraulic pressure supply device; first and second backup flow paths configured to connect the first and second master chambers to the hydraulic pressure control unit; and first and second cut valves configured to selectively open and close the first and second backup flow paths, wherein one or both of the first backup flow path and the second backup flow path are connected to the first or second master chamber and any one of the plurality of wheel cylinders.

Disclosed is an electric brake system. The electric brake system includes a master cylinder including first and second chambers, and first and second pistons disposed at the first and second chambers, respectively; a simulation device connected to the master cylinder and configured to provide a reaction force according to pedal effort of a brake pedal; a hydraulic pressure supply device configured to generate a hydraulic pressure by a hydraulic piston which is operated by an electrical signal that is output to correspond to displacement of the brake pedal; a hydraulic pressure control unit configured to deliver the hydraulic pressure discharged from the hydraulic pressure supply device to a wheel cylinder provided at each of wheels; a first backup flow path and a second backup flow path configured to connect the master cylinder and the hydraulic pressure control unit; a first cut valve and a second cut valve configured to control delivery of a hydraulic pressure of the first and second backup flow paths; an electronic control unit (ECU); a first pressure sensor installed between the first chamber of the master cylinder and the first cut valve; and a second pressure sensor installed at the first hydraulic flow path, the second hydraulic flow path, or the hydraulic pressure control unit, wherein, in a state in which the second cut valve is closed and the outlet valve, which is connected to the second backup flow path, is opened, to discharge the hydraulic pressure in the hydraulic pressure control unit connected to the second hydraulic flow path, the ECU operates the hydraulic pressure supply device to generate a pressure in the first chamber, and when a measured value of the second pressure sensor is less than an expected value, the ECU determines that the second piston of the master cylinder is stuck.

A leakage inspecting method of an electric brake system, which includes a master cylinder connected to a reservoir, a simulation device having one side connected to the master cylinder to provide a reaction force according to the pedal effort of the brake pedal, a simulation valve provided at a flow path connected to the master cylinder or a flow path connected to the reservoir, a hydraulic pressure supply device operated by an electrical signal of a pedal displacement sensor sensing a displacement of the brake pedal and configured to generate hydraulic pressure, and a hydraulic pressure control unit, comprising: executing an inspection mode for inspecting for a leak of the simulation valve and a sealing member provided inside a chamber of the master cylinder by providing an inspection valve at a flow path connecting the master cylinder to the reservoir, wherein the inspection mode includes: (a1) closing a cut valve provided at a flow path connecting the master cylinder to the hydraulic pressure control unit when the inspection valve is open; (b1) pressurizing a piston disposed inside the master cylinder according to the pedal effort of the brake pedal and detecting whether pressure is formed through a pressure sensor; and (c1) determining that a leak does not exist when pressure detected through the pressure sensor satisfies a preset criterion.

Electric brake system and method for leak check of the same

An electric brake system is disclosed. The electric brake system includes a hydraulic pressure supply device configured to generate hydraulic pressure using a piston which is operated by means of an electrical signal that is output corresponding to displacement of a brake pedal, and including a first pressure chamber provided at one side of the piston movably accommodated inside a cylinder block and connected to one or more wheel cylinders, and a second pressure chamber provided at the other side of the piston and connected to the one or more wheel cylinders, a first hydraulic flow path configured to communicate with the first pressure chamber, a second hydraulic flow path configured to branch from the first hydraulic flow path, a third hydraulic flow path configured to branch from the first hydraulic flow path, a fourth hydraulic flow path configured to communicate with the second pressure chamber and connected to the third hydraulic flow path, a fifth hydraulic flow path configured to communicate the second hydraulic flow path with the third hydraulic flow path, a first hydraulic circuit including first and second branching flow paths which branch from the second hydraulic flow path and are connected to two wheel cylinders, respectively, and a second hydraulic circuit including third and fourth branching flow paths which branch from the third hydraulic flow path and are connected to two wheel cylinders, respectively.

An electric brake system is disclosed. The electric brake system includes a master cylinder configured to discharge oil according to a pedal effort of a brake pedal, a simulation device provided with a simulator valve provided at a flow path connecting a simulation chamber, which is connected to the master cylinder to accommodate oil therein, to a first reservoir for storing oil therein so as to provide a reaction force according to the pedal effort of the brake pedal, and an inspection valve provided at a flow path connecting the first reservoir to the master cylinder or at a flow path connecting the master cylinder to the simulation device.

An electric brake system includes a hydraulic pressure supply device including a first pressure chamber provided at one side of a piston movably accommodated inside a cylinder block, and a second pressure chamber provided at other side of the piston, a first hydraulic flow path communicating with the first pressure chamber, second and third hydraulic flow paths branching from the first hydraulic flow path, a fourth hydraulic flow path communicating with the second pressure chamber, a fifth hydraulic flow path branching from the fourth hydraulic flow path and connected to the second hydraulic flow path, a sixth hydraulic flow path branching from the fourth hydraulic flow path and connected to the third hydraulic flow path, and first and second hydraulic circuit including flow paths branching from the second or third hydraulic flow path and connected to wheel cylinders.

An electric brake system is disclosed. The electric brake system includes a hydraulic pressure supply device configured to generate hydraulic pressure using a piston which is operated by means of an electrical signal and including a first and a second pressure chamber, a first hydraulic flow path, a second hydraulic flow path, a third hydraulic flow path, a sixth hydraulic flow path, a seventh hydraulic flow path, a first control valve provided at the first hydraulic flow path, a second control valve provided at the second hydraulic flow path, a third control valve provided at the third hydraulic flow path, a seventh control valve provided at the sixth hydraulic flow path, an eighth control valve provided at the seventh hydraulic flow path, a first hydraulic circuit including first and second branching flow paths, and first and second inlet valves, and a second hydraulic circuit including third and fourth branching flow paths which branch from the second hydraulic flow path and are connected to two wheel cylinders, respectively.
