An image sensor includes a photoelectric converter configured to convert received light into charges in response to the received light and provide the charges to a first node, a transfer transistor configured to provide a voltage of the first node to a floating diffusion node, a reset transistor configured to reset a voltage of the floating diffusion node to a driving voltage based on a reset signal, a source follower transistor configured to provide a unit pixel output based on the voltage of the floating diffusion node, a select transistor connected to the source follower transistor and gated with a selection signal to output the unit pixel output to the outside, and a ferroelectric capacitor connected to the floating diffusion node, wherein the ferroelectric capacitor is configured to adjust a conversion gain of the floating diffusion node based on a conversion gain mode of the ferroelectric capacitor, the conversion gain mode being a first conversion gain mode, a second conversion gain mode, or a third conversion gain mode.

The present disclosure relates to a nanoparticle complex that is taken into cells to be used for the treatment of diseases, and a method of manufacturing the same using a top-down process. In the top-down process, surfaces of nanoparticles are modified with a lipid-based material having high stability and excellent biocompatibility, thereby improving endocytosis efficiency. A lipid structure having a tube shape is bonded to a portion of the surface of the nanoparticle, so that the nanoparticle complex undergoes endocytosis, directly penetrates a cell membrane, and is effectively taken into spheroid-type tumor cells. The lipid structure is not directly attached to the nanoparticles, lipid-based lipidomes (such as bubbles and liposomes) are bonded to the nanoparticles, and mechanical force is applied thereto to thus crush the lipidomes, so that the lipid structure is formed on the surface of the nanoparticle.

The present invention relates to an artificial foot including a foot body part, a toe part rotatably disposed at a first end of the foot body part, a toe joint connecting the foot body part and the toe part to each other, and an adapter disposed on a top of a second end of the foot body part. According to the artificial foot, since the toes of the artificial foot rotate when a wearer walks, when the artificial toes come in contact with the ground, energy is stored due to the load by the weight and the toes kick off the ground as much as the elastic energy accumulated by the spring, so the toe members of the artificial foot do not drag on the ground. The packing system is configured to reduce the number of packing operations and to simplify the packing process, thereby improving production efficiency, compared with a conventional system. The packing system is configured to minimize wrinkling of a packing material and to adjust position of ends of the packing material in a way that the packing material is always supplied to a predetermined position, thereby reducing a failure rate of a packed product. It is possible to pack various sizes of packing target objects using a single system.
