An electric motor includes a stator, a rotor having a rotating shaft, first and second bearings each having an outer ring, balls, and an inner ring, and spaced apart axially from each other, a preload washer including a shaft section having a preset fixed length in the axial direction, and an elastically-deformable portion extending from one end portion of the shaft section to be elastically deformable, the preload washer applying a preset intensity of preload to the inner ring of the first or second bearing, and a coupling member screwed into an end portion of the rotating shaft and elastically deforming the preload washer in the axial direction. This structure may result in preventing an excessive preload from being applied to the bearing and allowing a preset preload to be stably maintained when thrust is applied.

Electric motor

A motor includes a stator and a rotor. The rotor includes: a plurality of rotor core segments arranged along a circumferential direction of the rotor on the inner side or the outer side of the stator and spaced apart from one another to define a plurality of permanent magnet arrangement slots between the plurality of rotor core segments, a plurality of permanent magnets inserted into the plurality of permanent magnet arrangement slots, respectively, a rotor frame that couples the plurality of rotor core segments and the plurality of permanent magnets to each to other, and an outer ring that is made of a non-magnetic material and that surrounds an outer end of the plurality of rotor core segments and an outer end of the plurality of permanent magnets. The plurality of rotor core segments and the plurality of permanent magnets are alternately arranged along the circumferential direction of the rotor.

Motor

A motor includes a stator and a rotor rotatably disposed at an inner side of the stator or an outer side of the stator. The rotor includes a rotor core block including a plurality of rotor core segments that are arranged along a circumferential direction of the rotor, where each of the rotor core segments includes a plurality of electrical steel sheets that are stacked on one another. The rotor further includes a plurality of permanent magnets disposed between the plurality of rotor core segments, where the plurality of rotor core segments and the plurality of permanent magnets are alternately arranged along the circumferential direction of the rotor. The plurality of electrical steel sheets include bridges that connect the plurality of rotor core segments to one another along the circumferential direction of the rotor.

A motor includes a stator and a rotor. The second frame is made of a second material different from the first material.

Motor having alternately arranged rotor core segments and permanent magnets

A motor includes a stator and a rotor rotatably coupled to a rotation shaft. The rotor includes: rotor core segments arranged along a circumferential direction of the rotor on the inner side or the outer side of the stator and spaced apart from one another to define permanent magnet arrangement slots between the rotor core segments; permanent magnets inserted into the permanent magnet arrangement slots, respectively; and a rotor frame including rotor frame pins that fix each of the permanent magnets between the rotor core segments. Each of the rotor core segments defines a rotor core hole that extends parallel to an axial direction of the rotation shaft. The rotor frame comprises: a base formed to surround the plurality of rotor core segments and the plurality of permanent magnets in a direction parallel to an axial direction of the rotation shaft; and a plurality of permanent magnet fixing jig holes formed only at an inner end between the inner and outer ends of the base to expose the plurality of permanent magnets.

Compressor

A detachable connecting rod includes a first member ()a large end portion () having a trough hole (H), and a first connection rod portion () extending from the large end portion (), the first connection rod portion () having a pair of spaced apart arms defining a coupling groove () extending in the same direction as an axial direction of the through hole (H); a second member () including a small end portion having a through hole (H), and second connection rod portion () extending from the small end portion, the second connection rod () portion being inserted into the coupling groove () and a coupling unit for coupling the first connection rod portion () to the second connection rod portion inserted () into the coupling groove () of the first member (). The detachable connecting rod is useable in a compressor.

A motor, namely, a motor with minimum loss and improved efficiency is disclosed. More specifically, a motor having enhanced starting torque performance and increased normal operation efficiency is disclosed. In the motor in which a rotor is started using induction torque generated as power is supplied to a coil of a stator, the rotor includes a rotor core, a plurality of conductive bars arranged, along a circumferential direction, in an outer rim region of the rotor core, to generate an induction current, magnets provided in the rotor core, to generate a magnetic flux, for generation of a magnetic torque, and end-rings provided at the top and bottom of the rotor core to have no interference with the magnets, the end-rings being connected with the plurality of conductive bars.
