An electrified vehicle includes a floor panel, a battery case, a frame that that supports a suspension, and a brace. The brace is fixed to the frame by a first fixing portion situated on a right side of the vehicle with respect to a middle line. The brace is fixed to the frame by a second fixing portion situated on a left side of the vehicle with respect to the middle line. The brace is fixed to the battery case by a third fixing portion situated on the right side of the vehicle with respect to the middle line. The brace is fixed to the battery case by a fourth fixing portion situated on the left side of the vehicle with respect to the middle line. The brace includes a first plate and a second plate which is fixed to the first plate and covers a recessed portion.

Electrified vehicle

A vehicle includes a dash cross member extending along a vehicle width direction, a front side member arranged in front of the dash cross member and joined to the dash cross member, a floor member arranged behind the dash cross member, and a brace joined to the dash cross member and joined to the floor member. A joint between the brace and the dash cross member overlaps a joint between the front side member and the dash cross member in the vehicle width direction. The brace includes an extending portion. The extending portion is joined to the floor member.

Vehicle

A front end structure of a vehicle body may include: a pair of left and right front side members each extending in a vehicle front-rear direction; a pair of left and right apron upper members each extending in the vehicle front-rear direction and being located outward of the pair of left and right front side members in the vehicle left-right direction; a pair of left and right connection members, the left connection member extending between an intermediate portion of the left front side member and the left apron upper member and the right connection member extending between an intermediate portion of the right front side member and the right apron upper member; and a component mount frame comprising a first mount crossmember extending between the pair of left and right connection members in the vehicle left-right direction.

Front end structure of vehicle body

A body of a vehicle may include: a pair of front side members extending along a front-rear direction of the vehicle; a crossmember connecting the front side members to each other; a pair of gussets, each of the gussets being joined to an outer lateral surface of corresponding one of the front side members; a pair of crash boxes, each of the crash boxes being provided frontward of corresponding one of protrusions; and a bumper reinforcement connected to the gussets via the crash boxes, wherein a beam portion and each of protrusions overlap each other when viewed along the right-left direction.

Body of vehicle

A vehicle front structure includes a first bumper reinforcement, a pair of right and left front side members respectively disposed on a vehicle rear side of outer portions of the first bumper reinforcement in a vehicle width direction, an apron upper member, a first crash box interposed between the first bumper reinforcement and the front side member, a cross member coupling together front ends of the pair of right and left front side members in the vehicle width direction, and a high-voltage component disposed on the vehicle rear side of and at a distance from the cross member. The first crash box is configured to undergo compressive deformation when a load equal to or larger than a predetermined value is input from the first bumper reinforcement.

Vehicle front structure

Provided is a vehicle front portion structure including: a right and left pair of front side members that are disposed on both vehicle width direction sides of a vehicle body front portion and extend along the vehicle front and rear direction; a cross member that is disposed between front end portions of the right and left pair of front side members and interconnects the front end portions in the vehicle width direction; a front-wheel-drive motor that is disposed on the vehicle rear side of the cross member; and a radiator that is disposed on the vehicle rear side of the cross member and on the vehicle front side of the motor and extends along the vehicle width direction and the vehicle up and down direction.

Vehicle front portion structure

A vehicle front portion structure that includes: a first lateral connecting member that is disposed between a pair of left and right front side members, and that connects the pair of left and right front side members parallel to a vehicle transverse direction, wherein vehicle longitudinal direction positions of portions, to which the first lateral connecting member is joined, at the pair of left and right front side members coincide with vehicle longitudinal direction positions of portions, to which front side joining portions of a suspension member are joined, at the pair of left and right front side members.

A crossing member disposed along a vehicle width direction between inflected portions of side members is capable of transmitting load from one of the side members to the other of the side members when the one side member deforms toward a vehicle width direction inward. Accordingly, when collision load is input due to an offset collision or the like, the collision load is transmitted from the one side member input with the collision load to the other side member through the crossing member, and the collision load is supported by the other side member.

Vehicle lower section structure

A vehicle framework structure includes a tunnel, a pair of rockers, a dash cross-member, a front side member rear and a floor reinforcement. The tunnel is disposed at a vehicle width direction central portion of a floor panel of a vehicle. The rockers are disposed at each vehicle width direction outer sides of the floor panel. The dash cross-member connects front portions of the rockers with the tunnel. A front side member is disposed at the vehicle front-and-rear direction front side of the floor panel. The front side member rear is provided under the floor panel at the vehicle front-and-rear direction rear side of the front side member. A vehicle front-and-rear direction front portion of the floor reinforcement is disposed between the dash cross-member and the floor panel, and the floor reinforcement is joined to the floor panel and to the front side member rear.

Vehicle framework structure

A vehicle lower portion structure has: a tunnel portion disposed at a vehicle transverse direction central portion of a floor portion; a front side member whose rear portion is disposed at a vehicle lower side of the floor portion and a vehicle transverse direction outer side of the tunnel portion; a first member including a first horizontal wall that extends from the rear portion toward a vehicle transverse direction inner side, and a first vertical wall bent toward a vehicle upper side from the first horizontal wall; and a second member spanning an opening portion of the tunnel portion. The second member includes a second horizontal wall, and a second vertical wall that is bent toward the vehicle upper side from the second horizontal wall, is disposed parallel to the first vertical wall, and is joined to the first vertical wall.

Vehicle lower portion structure

The present invention provides a vehicle front section structure including: a side member front that is configured by a high tensile steel sheet, and has a closed cross-section; a side member rear that is configured by a high tensile steel sheet, and has a U-shaped cross-section open toward the upper side; a bracket that is disposed outside the closed cross-section of the side member front and inside the U-shaped cross-section of the side member rear, and has a first bottom wall that bends from a second bottom wall of the side member rear along a third bottom wall of the side member front; a first coupling portion that couples together the third bottom wall of the side member front and the first bottom wall of the bracket; and a second coupling portion that couples together the second bottom wall of the side member rear and the first bottom wall of the bracket.

Vehicle front section structure

There is provided a vehicle lower section structure including a rocker that extends in a vehicle front-rear direction at a vehicle width direction outer side, a tunnel section that extends in the vehicle front-rear direction at a central portion in the vehicle width direction, a pair of dash cross members that extend in the vehicle width direction at a lower side of a dash panel, that are separated by the tunnel section, tunnel reinforcement that is disposed at a lower side in the vehicle up-down direction that extends in the vehicle front-rear direction, wherein a first front flange is formed at a front end of the dash cross member in the vehicle front-rear direction, and wherein a second front flange is disposed at a position opposing the first front flange across the dash panel or a floor section.

A vehicle lower portion structure has: a tunnel portion disposed at a vehicle transverse direction central portion of a floor portion; a front side member whose rear portion is disposed at a vehicle lower side of the floor portion and a vehicle transverse direction outer side of the tunnel portion; a first member including a first horizontal wall that extends from the rear portion toward a vehicle transverse direction inner side, and a first vertical wall bent toward a vehicle upper side from the first horizontal wall; and a second member spanning an opening portion of the tunnel portion. The second member includes a second horizontal wall joined to the first horizontal wall, and a second vertical wall that is bent toward the vehicle upper side from the second horizontal wall, is disposed parallel to the first vertical wall, and is joined to the first vertical wall.

A vehicle body lower structure includes: a floor connected to a dashboard panel, extending toward the vehicle rear side; a tunnel provided at a vehicle width direction center portion extending from the dashboard panel through the floor in the vehicle front-rear direction; a dashboard cross member joined to the dashboard panel, spanning in the vehicle width direction between a front end of the tunnel and a vehicle side section; and an under floor brace provided to a front end portion of the tunnel, extending in the vehicle width direction at the opposite side to the cabin, including both ends extending further toward the vehicle width direction outside than the front end portion of the tunnel and are fixed to the dashboard panel, the ends being located in positions facing vehicle width direction inside ends of the dashboard cross member via the dashboard panel.
