A foldable display device includes a display panel, a polarizing member on the display panel, a window on the polarizing member, a first adhesive member between the display panel and the polarizing member, and a second adhesive member between the polarizing member and the window. In a first state, the display panel, the polarizing member, the window, the first adhesive member, and the second adhesive member are bent along a bending axis such that the window is closer to the bending axis than the display panel is. The first and second adhesive members have a storage modulus in a range of about 5&#xd7;10Pa to about 5&#xd7;10Pa at about &#x2212;25&#xb0; C. The second adhesive member has a storage modulus in a range of about 4.5&#xd7;10Pa to about 6.5&#xd7;10Pa at about 60&#xb0; C. The first adhesive member has a stress-relaxation ratio greater than about 40 and less than about 50.

An electrowetting display apparatus includes a first base substrate, a second base substrate which faces the first base substrate, a first electrode on the first base substrate, and a second electrode on the second base substrate, where the second electrode faces the first electrode. A barrier wall is on the first electrode, where the barrier wall defines a storage area. A surface of the first electrode and the barrier wall is overlapped by a barrier layer. In addition, a water-repellent layer is on the barrier layer which is in the storage area. First and second fluids are in the storage area, the first fluid is separate from the second fluid, and the first fluid or the second fluid has a polarity.

A digital logic gate suitable for a high-speed operation of a central processing unit. The digital logic gate comprises the first dynamic logic gate configured to logically gate a plurality of first input data in response to the first clock signal, a second dynamic logic gate configured to logically gate a gating output of the first dynamic logic gate and a plurality of second input data, and a latching device configured to latch a gating output of the second dynamic logic gate. The digital logic circuit need not adopt a keeper circuit, and thus a gate delay is reduced and the digital logic circuit performs a high-speed gating operation with robust characteristic against a current leakage or an input noise.
