A wireless device may receive from a base station a first downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmission. The first DCI may indicate that the wireless device is not to transmit feedback for the PDSCH transmission before receiving a second DCI and a PDSCH group index. The second DCI may indicate a time slot for transmitting feedback and the PDSCH group index. In response to the wireless device receiving the second DCI and based on the second DCI indicating feedback for the same PDSCH group index as the first DCI, the wireless may transmit to the base station, in the time slot indicated, the feedback for the PDSCH transmission.

Scheduling physical downlink shared channel feedback

A wireless device receives one or more messages comprising a parameter indicating a first value of a listen before talk (LBT) counter. The LBT counter is incremented based on an LBT procedure indicating an LBT failure for an uplink transmission via a first bandwidth part. Based on the LBT counter reaching the first value, a switch is made from the first bandwidth part to a second bandwidth part as an active bandwidth part.

The wireless device transmits a power headroom report (PHR) medium access control control element (MAC CE) comprising a first field indicating a first power headroom value associated with the first SRS resource set and a second field indicating a second power headroom value associated with the second SRS resource set. The order of the first field and the second field in the PHR MAC CE is based on an ascending order of the first SRS resource set identifier and the second SRS resource set identifier.

A method may include receiving, by a wireless device and during a random access procedure, a random access response indicating a first backoff time interval of a first sub-band of a cell, and indicating a second backoff time interval of a second sub-band of the cell. The method may include performing, at a time based on the backoff time interval, a listen-before-talk procedure.

A wireless device receives configuration parameters indicating a first transport block (TB) size threshold of a first random access (RA) type and indicating a second TB size threshold of a second RA type. The wireless device selects, for transmitting a data unit, an RA type among the first RA type and the second RA type. A transport block with the data unit is transmitted using the RA procedure associated with the selected RA type.

The pre-configuration of a grant of a non-active bandwidth part (BWP) or other wireless resource may be beneficial to reduce signaling overhead. A base station may not need to transmit a DCI to activate a configured grant if the configured grant on a non-active BWP is activated based on switching an active BWP to a pre-configured BWP. If a configured grant on a non-active BWP is activated, a base station may not need to transmit a DCI on a new active BWP for a resource grant. A wireless device may receive a DCI indicating a switch an active BWP from a first BWP to a second BWP for a particular cell. The configured grants may be type 1 grant-free transmission that may not need activation signaling. The activation and/or deactivation of the one or more configured grants may depend on the state of the second BWP.

A base station transmits, to a wireless device, radio resource control (RRC) configuration parameters of a cell comprising a bandwidth part (BWP). The base station receive a radio link failure report indicating a connection failure during a random access procedure of the wireless device. The radio link failure report comprises a cell identifier of the cell and a parameter indicating a bandwidth of the BWP associated with the connection failure.

A base station may send, to a wireless device, a medium access control (MAC) control element (CE) comprising a bandwidth part identifier field and a channel state information (CSI) report configuration field. Based on the MAC CE, the wireless device may activate the CSI report configuration for a bandwidth part indicated by the bandwidth part identifier field. The wireless device may transmit one or more CSI reports based on the CSI report configuration.
