Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a pixel circuit comprising: a light emitting device which emits light with a luminance corresponding to an amount of driving current applied thereto; a driving transistor which controls the amount of the driving current applied to the light emitting device; a storage capacitor which is connected to the driving transistor; a first transistor which is turned on according to a first scan signal and transmits a data voltage to the storage capacitor; and a second transistor which is turned on according to a second scan signal and diode-connects the driving transistor, wherein the driving transistor and the first transistor are low temperature poly-silicon (LTPS) thin film transistors, and wherein the second transistor is an oxide semiconductor thin film transistor.

Pixel circuit, driving method of pixel circuit, and display device including pixel circuit

The present disclosure relates to a display driver and a display device using the same. The display device according to the embodiment improves an effect of preventing leakage current of a data supply transistor by adaptively controlling and supplying, on the basis of a luminance value of an input data, a parking voltage which is applied in order to prevent the leakage current of the data supply transistor. The display driver comprises a controller which provides a clock signal swinging between a high level and a low level during a refresh frame in which a data voltage is written in a pixel, and provides a clock signal having a direct current voltage during a hold frame in which the data voltage written in the pixel is maintained; a data driver which supplies the data voltage to the pixel during the refresh frame in accordance with a data control signal of the controller; and a power supplier which supplies a parking voltage to the pixel during the hold frame.

Display driver and display device using the same

Disclosed is a liquid crystal display device and a method for compensating the color temperature of the liquid crystal display device. The timing controller according to the present disclosure, modulates the digital video data input from the host computer, compensates the shifted color temperature caused during the data modulation, and then sends the modulated and compensated digital video data to the data driving circuit.
