A display apparatus includes a substrate including a main display area, a component area, and a peripheral area. The component area includes a transmission area, and the peripheral area is arranged outside the main display area. The display apparatus further includes a main thin-film transistor arranged in the main display area, a main organic light-emitting diode arranged in the main display area and connected to the main thin-film transistor, an auxiliary thin-film transistor arranged in the component area, an auxiliary organic light-emitting diode arranged in the component area and connected to the auxiliary thin-film transistor, and a lower metal layer arranged between the substrate and the auxiliary thin-film transistor in the component area and having an undercut structure.

A display device includes: pixel circuits in a display area, the pixel circuits each comprising a thin film transistor and a capacitor, the thin film transistor including a semiconductor layer and a gate electrode on the substrate and the capacitor including a first capacitor plate and a second capacitor plate; signal lines electrically connected to the pixel circuits, the signal lines passing through the display area; a lower metal layer between the substrate and at least one of the pixel circuits; a pad portion in the peripheral area; and a plurality of wirings in the peripheral area, the plurality of wirings electrically connecting the pad portion to the signal lines, wherein the plurality of wirings further comprise: a first wiring at a same layer as the lower metal layer; and a second wiring above the first wiring with a first insulating layer between the first wiring and the second wiring.

A display apparatus includes: a main display area; a component area including a transmission area; a peripheral area adjacent to the main display area; a substrate; main display elements arranged on a first surface of the substrate in the main display area, wherein main pixel circuits are respectively connected to the main display elements; auxiliary display elements arranged on the first surface of the substrate in the component area, wherein auxiliary pixel circuits are respectively connected to the auxiliary display elements; a bottom metal layer arranged between the substrate and the auxiliary pixel circuits in the component area; and an anti-reflection layer arranged on a second surface, opposite to the first surface, of the substrate, and overlapping the bottom metal layer in the component area.
