Embodiments of the disclosure can provide systems and methods for implementation of a smart energy profile using data-interchange encoding. According to one embodiment of the disclosure, a system can be provided. The system can include at least one memory that stores computer-executable instructions. The system can include at least one processor configured to access the at least one memory, wherein the at least one processor is configured to execute the computer-executable instructions to receive, by the at least one processor, a control instruction for a home area network (HAN) device. The at least one processor can be configured to convert the control instruction to a JSON object and transmit the JSON object to the HAN device.

Systems and methods for implementation of a smart energy profile using data-interchange encoding

Embodiments of the disclosure can provide systems and methods for routing home area network (HAN) messages. In one embodiment, a system can be provided. The system can include at least one memory that stores computer-executable instructions; at least one processor configured to access the at least one memory, wherein the at least one processor is configured to execute the computer-executable instructions. The computer-executable instructions can receive, by the at least one processor, an instruction for a HAN gateway; send the instruction to a transmission agent for routing to the HAN gateway; and transmit, by the transmission agent, the instruction to the HAN gateway.

Systems and methods for routing home area network (HAN) messages

Aspects of the invention provide a tool for configuring software for an electric meter. A parameters table having values for the electric meter in a platform independent format is created. The table is then merged with to a mapping table that is configured specifically to the particular model of the electric meter to be configured to form a build table that can be executed on the electric meter. The build table is then installed on the electric meter.

A request for an acknowledgement using a private key may be generated and transmitting to a customer device. The acknowledgement may be received from the customer device and verified using a public key associated with a customer operating the customer device. A request for a current location of the customer device may be transmitted and the current location may be received. A determination that the current location is proximate to a meter may be made, and, in response to determining that the current location is proximate to the meter, the meter may be manipulated.

Secure customer acknowledgement of relay actuation

A non-transitory computer readable medium is provided that includes instructions to interpret a table definition language fragment, that includes modifications of attributes and functionalities defined in a first table definition language. The non-transitory computer readable medium also includes instructions to generate a second table definition language with the subsequent modifications based at least upon applying the modifications in the table definition language fragment to the first table definition language.

Systems and methods for table definition language generation

Systems, methods, and apparatus for configuring utility meters are provided. A meter configuration application may be executed by a device that includes one or more computers and that facilitates utility meter configuration. A plug-in module associated with a utility meter type may be received by the device. Based at least in part upon providing the plug-in module to the meter configuration application, a configuration file may be built for the utility meter type. The utility meter may then be configured utilizing the configuration file.
