The present invention relates to a method for analyzing the color of a color alloy and, more particularly, to a method for analyzing the color of a color alloy wherein, on the basis of the fact that a different color appears according to the composition of an alloy, the wavelength-wise reflectance related to a color, which is held according to each alloy composition, and that related to a color, which is held by a measurement object that is to be measured, are compared, thereby determining the color held by the measurement object.

A display device comprises a display panel and a backlight unit. The backlight unit comprises: a bottom cover; a light source module mounted on the bottom cover and including: light sources arranged at uniform intervals; and a circuit board on which the light sources are mounted; a reflective layer placed above the light source module to reflect the light emitted from the light sources towards the display panel; a screening layer disposed over the reflective layer at a distance therefrom and having patterned holes to allow only a portion of the light reflected from the reflective layer to be transmitted; and a spacer disposed between the reflective layer and the screening layer to form a light guide layer defined by a vacant space between the reflective layer and the screening layer and to maintain the uniform height of the light guide layer.

The present invention relates to a device which comprises a light source of a light emitting device, and more particularly to a circuit board, a backlight unit and a liquid crystal display device with the same. The backlight unit comprises a circuit board having a first line with circuit lines provided thereto, a plurality of second lines connected to the first line each to have elasticity at least at a point connected to the first line, and a light emitting device mounting portion connected to the second line and electrically connected to the circuit line, and a light guide plate positioned on the circuit board.

A display apparatus is provided and includes a display panel, and a backlight unit supplying light from a rear of the display panel. The backlight unit includes a light source, a circuit board layer, a reflection layer, a pattern layer, and a vacant layer. The circuit board layer has the light source seated thereon. A display apparatus filter and a plasma display apparatus using the same are disclosed. The display apparatus filter includes a light transmission unit and a light absorption unit. The light transmission unit has a plurality of holes. The plurality of holes each have gradually increasing opening area as the filter goes from its front surface to its rear surface. A microlens array sheet and a manufacturing method thereof. The microlens array sheet comprises: a transparent substrate; bases formed on the transparent substrate, the bases having the same height as a result of a planarization process conducted for the upper portions of the bases, microlenses formed on the bases; and a gap-filling film applied on the resulting structure, in which the bases have the same height. The method comprises the steps of: depositing base-forming molds on a transparent support substrate or film and loading a material to be used as bases between the base-forming molds; polishing the upper portion of the material for use as bases so as to form bases having the same level, and removing the base-forming molds; depositing microlenses on the formed bases; and depositing a gap-filling film on the resulting structure.

Microlens array sheet and manufacturing method thereof

Disclosed is a microlens array sheet capable of improving a viewing angle by maintaining a fill factor while reducing a radius of curvature of the microlens of the microlens array sheet. To this end, the microlens array sheet includes: a substrate; a lens arranged on the substrate; and a gap filling layer formed at exposed surfaces of the substrate and the lens, wherein the lens is arranged as high as or at a higher position than a height of the gap filling layer formed at a gap between lenses arranged on the substrate.

The present invention discloses a microlens array sheet of a projection screen including a lens sheet having a predetermined area, microlenses arranged on one surface of the lens sheet in the horizontal and vertical directions, a black matrix including apertures corresponding to the microlenses, and being adhered to the other surface of the lens sheet, an optical diffusing layer formed on the lens sheet to cover the black matrix, for widening a viewing angle, and a protecting film for protecting the optical diffusing layer. The microlens array sheet of the projection screen is manufactured by using a process for manufacturing a semiconductor device, a reflow process and a plating process for a mold, thereby improving luminance and definition of the projection screen at a low unit cost of production.

An optical fiber coupling system is provided which minimizes beam loss. The system includes a substrate with a laser beam emitting unit attached at one end, a first fine lens which focuses or collimates a vertical beam emitted by the laser beam emitting unit, a set of second fine lenses which focus or collimate a horizontal beam emitted by the laser beam emitting unit, and a beam output unit which outputs the beam focused or collimated by the first and second fine lenses. This arrangement reduces an alignment error associated with this type of optical system and improves a degree of beam focus. Additionally, the optical fiber coupling system can be made compact and available for mass-production.

Disclosed is an appearance processing method comprising: designing a reference appearance for designing a set shape as a theoretical value; producing a specimen; comparing the reference appearance with the specimen and thus setting a deviation region; performing ion beam milling for milling the deviation region of the specimen by ion beam; and comparing the milling-processed specimen with the reference appearance after the ion beam milling thus to obtain a deviation and milling the deviation region repeatedly thus to make the specimen consist with the reference appearance. Accordingly, an arbitrary shape, a minute spherical surface, or an aspheric shape can be precisely processed, and a large quantity of fabrication by a uniform processing precision is possible.
