Disclosed is an organic light emitting diode (OLED) comprising at least one emitting unit that includes a first compound, which may have a bipolar property, a second compound, which may have a delayed fluorescent property, and a third compound, which may have narrow FWHM (full width at half maximum) and a fluorescent property, and an organic light emitting device including the OLED. Further the compounds have defined relative LUMO and HOMO energies. The OLED and the organic light emitting device has enhanced luminous efficiency, color purity and luminous life span as well as low driving voltage.

The present disclosure relates to an organic compound having the following structure of Chemical Formula 1, and an organic light emitting diode (OLED) and an organic light emitting device including the organic compound. The organic compound is a bipolar organic compound having a p-type moiety and an n-type moiety. The organic compound has a high excited triplet energy level, a wide energy bandgap and excellent thermal stability. When the organic compound is introduced into an emitting material layer (EML) of the OLED, holes and electrons are recombined in the whole area of the EML, thus the OLED can improve its luminous efficiency and luminous lifetime.

The present disclosure relates to an organic compound having the following structure of Chemical Formula 1, and an organic light emitting diode (OLED) and an organic light emitting device including the organic compound. The organic compound includes a triazine moiety of an electron acceptor and a fused hetero aromatic moiety of an electron donor separated from the triazine moiety. The organic compound includes the electron acceptor moiety and the electron donor moiety in a single molecule, thus charges can be moved in the molecule. An embodiment of the present disclosure provides an organic light emitting diode comprising a first electrode; a second electrode facing the first electrode; and a first emitting material layer including a first delayed fluorescent dopant and a first phosphorescent dopant and disposed between the first and second electrodes, wherein a percentage by weight of the first phosphorescent dopant with respect to the first delayed fluorescent dopant is equal to or less than 5.

The OLED and the organic light emitting device disclosed have enhanced luminous efficiency, color purity and luminous life span as well as low driving voltage by applying the emitting material layer.

The present disclosure provides an organic light emitting diode comprising a first electrode; a second electrode facing the first electrode; and an emitting material layer. The emitting material layer includes a p-type host, a n-type host and a phosphorescent dopant and positioned between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein a first energy level of a HOMO of the p-type host is equal to or lower than a second energy level of a HOMO of the n-type host, and a difference between an energy level of a singlet state of the n-type host and an energy level of a triplet state of the n-type host is greater than 0.3 eV and smaller than 0.5 eV.

The organic light-emitting diode includes a cathode electrode; an anode electrode; a first emitting material layer including a first host and a first delayed fluorescent material, which is between the cathode electrode and the anode electrode; and a second emitting material layer having a second delayed fluorescent material and a first fluorescent or phosphorescent material, between the cathode electrode and the anode electrode.
