A display device includes a display panel, a wavelength control layer disposed on the display panel, a light control member disposed on the wavelength control layer, and a cover layer disposed on the light control member. The light control member includes an inorganic layer disposed on the wavelength control layer and having a first refractive index, a first light control layer disposed on the inorganic layer and having a second refractive index, a second light control layer disposed on the first light control layer and having a third refractive index, and a color filter layer disposed on the second light control layer. The first refractive index is greater than the second refractive index and is less than a refractive index of the wavelength control layer, and the third refractive index is greater than the second refractive index and is less than a refractive index of the color filter layer.

Provided is a method of configuring a secondary cell (SCell) for a base station (eNB) in a mobile communication system. Dynamic control method and device of SCell in mobile communication system

The present invention relates to a method by which a base station connected to a terminal through a first cell constructs a multi-cell network with another base station supporting a second cell, the method comprising the steps of: setting up a group including the first and second cells with the other base station through a first interface; and negotiating with the other base station through the first interface with respect to a configuration for additionally connecting the second cell to the terminal. However, the present invention is not limited to the example and other examples are possible.

Method and apparatus for constructing multi-cell network in mobile communication system

A multi-access online game system and a game control method for use in the same are disclosed. The game control method is applied to a multi-access online game system which is connected to at least one user client and includes a first server and at least one second server. The method includes: receiving an event message associated with a game from a first user client, wherein the first server receives the game-associated event message when the game-associated event message is not the real-time message, and the at least one second server receive the game-associated event message when the game-associated event message is the real-time message; determining a second user client where the real-time message is to be received; and transmitting the real-time message to the second user client. The real-time message is processed by the second server, so that the load of the first server is reduced.
