A display device, includes: a light emitting element layer including a sub-pixel and a pixel defining film defining the sub-pixel; a thin film encapsulation layer on the light emitting element layer; a pseudo-reflection pattern overlapping the pixel defining film and formed on the thin film encapsulation film; a connection electrode on the pseudo-reflection pattern; a second touch insulating layer on the connection electrode; and a driving electrode and a sensing electrode on the second touch insulating layer, wherein a width of the connection electrode is greater than a width of the driving electrode.

Display device

A display device includes a substrate comprising emission and non-emission areas. A light-emitting element overlaps the emission area and is on the substrate. A thin-film encapsulation layer overlaps with the emission and non-emission areas and is on the light-emitting element. A touch sensor layer is on the thin-film encapsulation layer. The touch sensor layer comprises a first conductive layer on the thin-film encapsulation layer. A touch insulating layer is on the first conductive layer. A second conductive layer is on the touch insulating layer. The touch insulating layer overlaps with the non-emission area and comprises a first surface facing the thin-film encapsulation layer. A second surface is opposite to the first surface and has a width in a first direction greater than that of the first surface. An inclined surface connects the first and second surfaces. The second conductive layer covers the second surface and the inclined surface.

An organic light emitting display device including a base layer; an insulating layer disposed on the base layer and including a flat region having a flat surface and a lens region having a concave or convex surface; a dam disposed on the insulating layer and defining an opening exposing the lens region; and a color filter disposed on the lens region of the insulating layer and filling the opening, The dam includes a sensing electrode.

Organic light emitting display device

An organic light-emitting display device including: a substrate; a pixel electrode on the substrate; a pixel defining film on the pixel electrode and having a first opening at least partially exposing the pixel electrode; an organic light-emitting layer on the exposed portion of the pixel electrode; a common electrode on the organic light-emitting layer and the pixel defining film; an encapsulation layer on the common electrode; a black matrix on the encapsulation layer and having a second opening overlapping the first opening; and a plurality of first sensing lines on the black matrix and surrounding the pixel electrode in a plan view to define a pixel region. At least portions of the first sensing lines defining the pixel region do not overlap the common electrode in the pixel region to reduce the common electrode's influence on the touch sensing lines and improve touch sensitivity.

Display device and fabricating method thereof

A display device includes a substrate including a display region and non-display region, and at least one pixel disposed in the display region. The at least one pixel includes an emission region that emits a light, a non-emission region that does not emit the light, a light emitting element disposed in the emission region, and a pixel circuit that drives the light emitting element. The display device further includes a passivation layer disposed between the pixel circuit and the light emitting element. The passivation layer covers the pixel circuit and includes a concave pattern disposed in the non-emission region. The display device further includes a power supply line disposed on the passivation layer in the non-emission region and connected to the light emitting element. The power supply line includes an uneven pattern corresponding to the concave pattern.

An input sensing unit includes a base including light-transmitting areas and non-light transmitting areas. The input sensing unit has improved viewing angle/luminance ratio and improved characteristics of reflective color.

An organic light-emitting display device having reduced color dispersion effects includes a substrate, a first conductive line disposed on the substrate, a second conductive line disposed on the same layer as the first conductive line and insulated from the first conductive line and a pixel electrode disposed on the first and second conductive lines and overlapping the first and second conductive lines. A distance between the first conductive line and the second conductive line is about 0 to 10 &#x3bc;m.
