A fluid-enclosed engine mount may include an insulator mounted between a core configured to be connected to an engine and an external pipe configured to be connected to a vehicle body, the insulator being provided with an internal space enclosing fluid; an orifice module disposed at the inside of a lower side portion of the insulator to divide the internal space into an upper chamber and a lower chamber, the orifice module being provided with a fluid passage for allowing fluid to fluidically-communicate between the upper chamber and the lower chamber; a support member disposed between an external surface of the orifice module and the lower side portion of the insulator to elastically support the orifice module to be vertically movable; and a pipe member disposed between the lower side portion of the insulator and the support member to support an external surface of the support member.

Fluid-enclosed engine mount

A fluid-sealed engine mount may include an insulator integrally formed on an external side of a mount core configured to be coupled to an engine and having a chamber with which fluid for insulation of vibration is sealed; an orifice module mounted below the mount core to divide the chamber into two chambers and having a fluid passage for flow of the fluid; an air chamber provided at a center portion of the orifice module and filled with air; and an elastic membrane mounted above the air chamber at the center portion of the orifice module to seal the air chamber airtightly.

Fluid-sealed engine mount

A lithium ion battery including a core-shell structured fire extinguishing particle is disclosed. When the battery is overheated to a predetermined temperature, a shell of the fire extinguishing particle coated on one surface or both surfaces of a porous separator is melted, a fire extinguishing material disposed in an inner space of the shell is released into an electrolytic solution of the battery, and as a result, it is possible to prevent the battery from being ignited or exploded even though the battery is overheated. Further, the melted shell clogs pores of the porous separator to block lithium ions from moving, such that the battery is blocked from being driven, thereby preventing the battery from being overheated any more.

The present disclosure provides an engine mount for a vehicle. The engine mount includes a rubber assembly that is connected between a vehicle body and an engine. A fluid sealing assembly is detachably assembled to the rubber assembly, allowing tuning of the engine mount to be performed by detaching the fluid sealing assembly while the engine remains connected to the engine mount.

A hydraulic mount for a vehicle includes: a core bush coupled to a bolt; a main rubber formed on an outer surface of the core bush; an orifice portion coupled to a lower portion of the main rubber to divide an upper fluid chamber and a lower fluid chamber; and a lower rubber film coupled to a lower portion of the orifice portion. A hydraulic engine mount, capable of preventing a rattle noise, improving Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) performance by lowering dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic engine mount in an idling state, and capable of generating a high damping value in a state having a relatively large amount of vibration displacement, includes a case having a hydraulic fluid sealed therein, a nozzle plate having a lower nozzle plate and an upper nozzle plate coupled to an upper portion of the lower nozzle plate, and dividing an inside of the case into an upper fluid chamber and a lower fluid chamber, a first membrane disposed on the upper portion of the lower nozzle plate such that a first edge portion of the first membrane is tightly coupled to the upper portion of the lower nozzle plate, and provided with at least one first communicating hole, a second membrane disposed on a lower portion of the upper nozzle plate such that a second edge portion of the second membrane is tightly coupled to the lower portion of the upper nozzle plate, and provided with at least one second communicating hole, and a separation plate allowing the first membrane and the second membrane to be apart from each other so as to provide a flow space between the first membrane and the second membrane.

Disclosed are a sound-absorbing material with improved sound-absorbing performance and a method for manufacturing the sound-absorbing material. The sound-absorbing material may improve sound absorption coefficient and transmission loss by forming large surface area and air layer, so as to induce viscosity loss of incident sound energy, and may provide light-weight design of a sound absorbing part or material since sound-absorbing performance may be substantially improved using reduced amount of fiber. Further, the sound-absorbing material may improve sound-absorbing performance by using binder fiber having rebound resilience, so as to maintain enough strength between fibers and also to maximize viscosity loss of sound energy transmitted to fiber structure.

An integrated engine mount for a vehicle may include a housing bracket and a base bracket vertically coupled, a car body bracket to be connected with a car body, and an insulator and a case bracket fitted inside the housing bracket and the base bracket. An edge of an upper end of the case bracket may be bent to form a folded portion and the folded portion is covered with a rubber member.

The bush unit has a first outer pipe that forms an outer shell to be inserted into the mounting unit, a first insulator bonded to an internal circumference of the first outer pipe and integrated with a stopper protruding from the first through hole, a second outer pipe inserted into the first outer pipe, an inner core disposed in a center of the second outer pipe, and a second insulator having an external circumference bonded to an internal circumference of the second outer pipe while surrounding an external circumference of the inner core.
