A cooking appliance including: a cavity having a cooking space; a separating plate which forms a plurality of compartments from the cooking space of the cavity, and is provided so as to move inside the cavity in such a way as to be able to vary the sizes of the compartmentalized cooking spaces; a first heating source positioned so as to cook an item to be cooked provided in one of the cooking spaces; a second heating source positioned so as to cook an item to be cooked provided in another of the cooking spaces; and a separating-plate moving mechanism for moving the separating plate vertically.

Cooking appliance and an operating method for the same

An electric oven has an air passage structure that is designed to effectively cool down electric components. The air passage structure quickly cools down a variety of electric components on a top surface of a cavity using air introduced from outside the oven. The oven has a series of passages and openings allowing the effective movement of air past the electric components and through the oven.

A cooling and exhaust system of a dual oven has upper and lower ovens, in which, in one aspect, an installation structure of a cooling fan and an exhaust structure provided for respectively cooling and exhausting the upper and lower ovens may be integrated into a simplified structure having common components to increase the manufacturing productivity. In another aspect, fans provided at the upper and lower ovens may be independently controlled to operate at different speeds according to a desired operation to maximize the cooling efficiency.

The range includes: a cook top section having a heating body configured to cook foods; an oven section having internal walls defining a cavity, a rack and a door, wherein the cavity is configured to accommodate the foods placed on the rack and the door is configured to open or close the cavity; a heating source configured to provide heat to the cavity when the cooking range is operated; and an air circulation mechanism having an exhaust slot and at least one suction slot and configured to suck air into the cooking range through the at least one suction slot and to discharge the air to the outside through the exhaust slot, wherein the at least one suction slot is positioned around the exhaust slot.

An electric oven having a convection heater and a convection cover. The convection cover including a main outlet located at or near the periphery of the convection cover, and a sub-outlet, more centrally located near the convection heater relative to the main outlet. Together, the main outlet and the sub-outlet allow the heated air to be uniformly circulated throughout the cooking chamber and to be evenly transferred to food irrespective of the position of the food in the cooking chamber. Uniform air circulation in the cooking chamber will result in more favorable cooking results.

A cooking apparatus is disclosed. The cooking apparatus includes a housing having a cooking chamber and a heating unit. The heating unit includes a partition plate detachably installed in the chamber, the partition plate partitioning the chamber into sub-chambers, and a heater configured to heat at least one of the sub-chambers.

A cleaner includes: a body provided with a dust collecting container for storing dust; a fan motor installed at the body and generating a suction force; a vacuum cleaning head disposed at a lower side of the body, for sucking dust when vacuum cleaning; and a water cleaning head mounted at the vacuum cleaning head, and provided with a suction head through which contaminated water is sucked when water cleaning and a water collecting container for storing contaminated water sucked through the suction head. As a suction nozzle for sucking contaminated water and a water collecting container for storing the contaminated water sucked through the suction nozzle are integrally formed and installed at a suction head, a cleaner capable of reducing the number of parts and a production cost, and employing a small capacity fan motor is provided.

A cooking apparatus is provided having an apparatus body including a burner which heats an object. There may be a first image acquirer provided at one side of the apparatus body, the first image acquirer may be configured to acquire image information corresponding to a heat source generated by the burner. Additionally, a display may be provided at one side of the apparatus body to display the image information acquired by the first image acquirer.

The complex type cleaner so configured reduces a number of components, reduces a fabrication cost, and has a large capacity water tank.
