The present disclosure relates to a vibration damping system and a method for estimating a cutting force of a machine tool using the same, and according to the present disclosure, disclosed is technology including a housing; a stator rotatably positioned at an arbitrary angle in an internal space of the housing; a rotor positioned in a space inside the stator and rotating around an axis of rotation; a spindle rotating with the rotor; a first expander applying an attractive force that pulls the stator when the stator rotates; a second expander applying an attractive force in an opposite direction to the attractive force of the first expander; a first compressor applying a repulsive force that pushes the stator; and a second compressor; to suppress the generation of vibrations of the machine tool, thereby improving machining quality and machining accuracy of a structure.

The present invention relates to a harmonic gear device in which a first similarity curve obtained by similarly transforming a reference curve representing a moving locus of an external tooth with respect to an internal tooth in a non-deflected state and a second similarity curve generated by similarly transforming the first similarity curve are used as a criterion for generating a tooth profile, wherein the present invention may provide the harmonic gear device that enlarges a first curve represented by a moving locus of positive deflection located above the apex of the reference curve among the moving loci of positive deflection of the external teeth on the basis of the reference curve to approximate an approximate reference point arranged on the second similarity curve to create a second curve, and uses the second curve as the top of the tooth profile of the external tooth.

Provided is a contactless vertical transfer device using a linear motor. The contactless vertical transfer device using a linear motor includes: a transfer unit for picking up an article; and a linear motor located on a side portion of the transfer unit to move the transfer unit, wherein the linear motor comprises at least one driving unit that is located on a side portion of the transfer unit and provided with a mover which a coil is wound; and a rail unit that is located apart from the mover by a predetermined distance in a lateral direction and provided with a plurality of magnet portions disposed in a transfer direction of the transfer unit. The transfer unit is moved along the rail unit by a thrust force of the mover and the magnet portion.

Provided is a linear motor motion stage having a passive reaction force compensation function. The linear motor motion stage includes: a base; a magnet track moving on the base; a mover which is moved on a surface of the magnet track by an electromagnetic force generated in a gap with the magnet track; first and second horizontal springs arranged between one side and the other side, respectively, of the magnet track and the base and configured to attenuate a reaction force applied to the base by movement of the mover; and a cross spring arranged between a lower side of the magnet track and the base and configured to attenuate the reaction force. Herein, the linear motor motion stage controls reaction force compensation applied to the linear motor motion stage by controlling the stiffness of the cross spring.

A linear EMV actuator uses a permanent magnet and an electromagnet in which EMV operation for opening/closing an exhaust valve and an intake valve makes valve operations linear. As a result, the valve undergoes a soft landing and active control of an amount of opening of the valve. The linear EMV actuator includes an upper core and a lower core, an armature, an actuator spring and a valve spring. Also included are a permanent magnet, an upper coil and a lower coil connected to each other in series thereby forming one electromagnet, a displacement sensor, and a position controller.
