A flexible circuit board and display device including the same are disclosed. In one aspect, the flexible circuit board includes a base film including a bending area and a plurality of signal wires formed over the bending area of the base film. At least one through-hole is defined in the base film.

The driving chip is configured to generate the driving signal, the driving circuit film is configured to apply the driving signal to the display panel, and the driving circuit film is coupled to the terminal part and bent toward a lower surface of the display panel. The display panel and a surface of the spacer are curved along a first direction.

A flexible chip on film includes a base insulating layer, a metal layer disposed on an upper surface of the base insulating layer and including a circuit pattern, an integrated circuit chip disposed on an upper surface of the metal layer and electrically connected to the metal layer, a solder resist layer disposed on the metal layer and insulated from the integrated circuit chip, and a reinforcing layer disposed on an upper surface of the solder resist layer. When the chip on film COF is bent, a neutral surface, in which a vector sum of a tensile force and a compressive force becomes substantially zero, is placed in the metal layer.

An electronic device includes a central processing unit ('CPU'), first and second display panels, and first and second display panel drivers. The CPU provides an image signal and an input control signal. The first and second display panels respectively display images. The first and second display panel drivers drive the first and second display panels according to the image signal and the input control signal. The CPU includes an interface transmission unit outputting an interface signal to control the first and second display panel drivers. The first and second display panel drivers respectively include first and second interface receiving units receiving the interface signal from the interface transmission unit. The interface signal includes a display panel selection bit and a data bit.
