A battery mounting structure for a vehicle, includes: a mounting bush provided to penetrate a portion of a battery case and including a fastening screw formed on an upper inner circumferential surface of the mounting bush; a hollow bolt coupled to the battery case and the fastening screw from above the battery case; a fastening bolt provided to penetrate inside of the mounting bush and inside of the hollow bolt up and down; and a sleeve assembly provided to guide the fastening bolt and elastically restricting separation of the fastening bolt from the mounting bush.

Battery mounting structure for vehicle

A vehicle battery assembly mounting structure includes: a mounting bushing provided in a battery assembly to form a space, the space allowing movement in a vertical direction; a fastening bolt disposed to vertically penetrate the space formed by the mounting bushing; and a sleeve assembly. The sleeve assembly is configured to guide the fastening bolt, to elastically prevent the fastening bolt from being separated from the mounting bushing and to elastically support the fastening bolt with respect to the mounting bushing to allow the fastening bolt to move in the mounting bushing.

Vehicle battery assembly mounting structure

A battery unit for a vehicle is provided. The battery unit includes a lower case having two battery compartments arranged in a direction toward opposite sides of the vehicle, respectively, and a connecting portion bent to be convex upwardly between the two battery compartments. A reinforcing structure is disposed on the connecting portion. Two battery modules are installed in the two battery compartments, respectively and a power wire is electrically connected to at least one of the two battery modules and extends from one of the two battery compartments to the other one of the two battery compartments through the connecting portion.

Battery unit for vehicle and underbody of vehicle including the same

A battery unit for a vehicle is provided and includes a lower case having two battery compartments arranged in a direction toward opposite sides of the vehicle, respectively, and a connecting portion bent to be convex upwardly between the two battery compartments. Battery modules are installed in the two battery compartments, respectively. A cooling block is disposed under each of the battery modules and receives and discharges coolant to cool the battery module. An upper case is installed on the lower case and has a coolant inlet port through which the coolant is supplied to the cooling block and a coolant outlet port through which the coolant is discharged from the cooling block.

A vehicular battery unit includes a lower case, including a pair of battery-receiving sections disposed at two lateral sides of a vehicle, and a connecting section, which is disposed between the pair of battery-receiving sections and is convex upwards, battery modules mounted in the battery-receiving sections, a lower cross member, which is fixed to a lower surface of the lower case and extends beyond the lower surface of the lower case in a lateral direction of the lower case, the lower cross member being bent upwards beyond the lower surface of the lower case and bent in the lateral direction of the lower case, and an upper cross member, which is fixed to a lateral side surface of the lower case, is bent in the lateral direction of the lower case, and is coupled to the lower cross member.

Vehicular battery unit and vehicular underbody including the same

A vehicular battery unit includes a lower case including a pair of battery-receiving sections disposed at two lateral sides of a vehicle, and a connecting section, which is disposed between the pair of battery-receiving sections and is bent so as to be convex upwards, battery modules respectively mounted in the pair of battery-receiving sections, cooling blocks, which are disposed under the battery modules and which receive and discharge cooling water to cool the battery modules, at least one cooling water hose configured to exchange cooling water with the cooling blocks, and an upper case, which is disposed on the lower case and includes a cooling water hose coupler unit configured to connect the cooling water hose to the cooling blocks.

A hybrid vehicle has an improved water-cooled battery layout. The hybrid vehicle includes: a housing positioned in an outdoor space of a vehicle body; a battery for providing an electric driving force to the vehicle and positioned inside the housing; a cooling block disposed below the battery to discharge the heat generated from the battery; a cooling pipe for supplying coolant to the cooling block and formed along an upper portion of the housing; and a cooling nipple formed integrally with the housing to be fastened to the cooling pipe.

Hybrid vehicle having an improved water-cooled battery layout

A body of a vehicle equipped with a high-voltage battery is disclosed. The vehicle body includes a rear cross member mounted below the rear side of the front seat so as to be oriented in the lateral direction of the vehicle body, a front cross member mounted in front of the rear cross member so as to be oriented in the lateral direction of the vehicle body, a high-voltage battery mounted between the front cross member and the rear cross member, and a plurality of longitudinal support members mounted to support the bottom of the high-voltage battery and to connect the front cross member and the rear cross member to each other in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body.
