An exhaust system noise reduction device of a vehicle enables an exhaust system to contribute to an increase in engine output while reducing engine exhaust noise. The exhaust system noise reduction device includes a muffler housing formed to airtightly surround a rear end section of an exhaust pipe; a branch pipe branched from a front end section of the exhaust pipe while having a rear end section of the branch pipe extend through the muffler housing; a barrier wall disposed at a peripheral surface of the rear end section of the exhaust pipe to divide an inner space of the muffler housing into a first chamber and a second chamber; and a punched portion formed at the rear end section of the branch pipe and disposed in the first chamber. A resonance chamber structure for reducing exhaust noise is formed in the first chamber, thereby reducing exhaust noise.

A vehicle muffler may include first to third baffles to partition the internal to a housing into first to fourth chambers; a suction tube penetrating the housing, the first to third baffles in series, having an inlet at outside of the housing and an outlet in the fourth chamber, and having through-holes in the section locating in the first to third chambers; a first discharge tube penetrating the first and second baffles and the housing in series, having an inlet on the first baffle, and an outlet at outside of the housing; a second discharge tube penetrating the second and third baffles, and the housing in series, having an inlet in the second chamber, and an outlet at the outside of the housing; and a connection tube penetrating the second and third baffles in series, having an inlet in the second chamber, and an outlet in the fourth chamber.

A resin composition for intake hoses is provided. The resin composition includes a predetermined amount of polyester elastomer incorporated into a polyamide resin and a polypropylene resin and further includes an antioxidant, a heat stabilizer, a lubricant and a master batch if necessary, thereby exhibiting excellent durability, heat resistance, elongation, mechanical rigidity, pressure resistance and cold resistance, and reducing weight and production costs.
