One method () includes receiving (), at a user equipment ('UE') device, a configuration from a mobile wireless network to report channel state information (“CSI”). The method () includes receiving () at least one grant to schedule a plurality of transmission occasions from the UE device. The method () includes, in response to the received configuration and grant, dividing () a CSI report into a plurality of parts for multiplexing, each of the plurality of parts configured to be transmitted on a transmission occasion of the plurality of transmission occasions and transmit () each of the plurality of parts of the CSI report on a corresponding transmission occasion of the plurality of transmission occasions.

Channel state information processing and reporting

Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for supporting acknowledgements for DL data transmitted on UL resources. One apparatus in a mobile communication network includes a processor and a transceiver that receives signaling information from a RAN node to schedule a first set of PDSCH resources and a first set of corresponding PUSCH resources, where the information to schedule the first set of PDSCH resources and the first set of PUSCH resources is transmitted in a same slot. The processor determines feedback information for a PDSCH transmission received from the RAN node using the first set of PDSCH resources and controls the transceiver to send feedback information for the PDSCH transmission to the RAN node using the first set of PUSCH resources.

A method includes receiving, at an integrated access and backhaul ('IAB') node of a wireless communication network, a first configuration for receiving a downlink reference signal and a second configuration for receiving an uplink reference signal. The method includes determining timing alignment information associated with the downlink reference signal and the uplink reference signal. The method includes determining, based on the timing alignment information, a timing misalignment value. The method includes computing a second reception time based on a first reception time and the timing misalignment value, the first reception time determined based on the downlink reference signal. The method includes applying the second reception time to the TAB node for receiving the uplink reference signal.

Timing alignment in integrated access and backhaul

One method includes receiving a first configuration including information of a first reference signal ('RS'). The method includes transmitting the first RS while applying a first spatial filter. The method includes determining whether the first spatial filter is to be used for transmitting a signal to a second wireless node. The method includes receiving a first control message from a third wireless node. The method includes determining, based on the first control message, whether the first spatial filter causes an interference on the third wireless node. The method includes, based on determining that the first spatial filter does not cause the interference on the third wireless node, transmitting the signal to the second wireless node.

Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for sidelink data packet acknowledgment. One method () includes receiving () an indicator in sidelink control information. The method () includes comparing () a current value of the indicator to a last known value of the indicator. The method () includes, in response to the current value not matching the last known value: flushing () a soft buffer; transferring a data packet corresponding to the indicator into the soft buffer; attempting to decode the data packet; in response to successfully decoding the data packet, performing an acknowledgment action; and, in response to unsuccessfully decoding the data packet, performing a non-acknowledgment action.

Sidelink data packet acknowledgment

For transmitting an uplink channel, one apparatus includes a processor and a transceiver that that communicates with a User Equipment ('UE') in a mobile communication network. The processor receives, from the UE, a first uplink channel on a first uplink resource and receiving, from the UE, a second uplink channel on a second uplink resource, where the first uplink resource and the second uplink resource at least partially overlap in time, and where the first uplink channel is for a first transmission and reception point (“TRP”) and the second uplink channel is for a second TRP, wherein the first TRP is different than the second TRP.

Identifying a resource for transmitting a first uplink channel

Briefly, in accordance with one or more embodiments, apparatus of an evolved NodeB (eNB) comprises circuitry to configure one or more parameters for a 5G master information block (xMIB). The xMIB contains at least one of the following parameters: downlink system bandwidth, system frame number (SFN), or configuration for other physical channels, or a combination thereof. The apparatus of the eNB comprises circuitry to transmit the xMIB via a 5G physical broadcast channel (xPBCH) on a predefined resource, the xPBCH comprising a xPBCH. The xPBCH may use a DM-RS based transmission mode, and a beamformed xPBCH may be used for mid band and high band.

A radio resource control message comprising an indication of a random access channel preamble, a reference signal resource, or both can be received. A reference signal can be received on the reference signal resource. A random access channel preamble can be selected based at least in part on the reference signal satisfying a threshold. The selected random access channel preamble can be transmitted during a random access procedure.

Method and apparatus for random access on a wireless communication network

The method includes operating a device with multiple antenna port groups for communication between the device and a network.
