A display device including a substrate and a plurality of pixels in a display region of the substrate. Each of the pixels includes first and second sub-pixels, and each of the first and second sub-pixels has a light emitting region for emitting light. The first sub-pixel includes a first light emitting element in the light emitting region and configured to emit visible light. The second sub-pixel includes a second light emitting element in the light emitting region and configured to emit infrared light and a light receiving element configured to receive the infrared light emitted from the second light emitting element to detect a user's touch. The second light emitting element and the light receiving element in the second sub-pixel are electrically insulated from and optically coupled to each other to form a photo-coupler.

A pressure sensor includes: a base substrate including an embossed pattern; a first conductive layer disposed on the base substrate; a pressure sensitive material layer disposed on the first conductive layer such that its electrical characteristic is varied corresponding to a strain applied thereto, the pressure sensitive material layer including a dielectric and nanoparticles dispersed in the dielectric; and a second conductive layer disposed on the pressure sensitive material layer, wherein the dielectric and the nanoparticle include materials having pyroelectricities of polarities opposite to each other.

Provided is a mask manufacturing method which includes preparing a mask sheet and a frame, stretching the mask sheet, and fixing the stretched mask sheet to the frame, and forming cell openings in the mask sheet fixed to the frame.

Mask

A display device includes: a substrate; a display element layer on one surface of the substrate and including at least one light emitting element emitting light; and a pixel circuit portion on the display element layer and including at least one transistor electrically connected to the light emitting element, wherein the display element layer includes: a first electrode on the substrate and electrically connected to one end of the light emitting element; a second electrode on the substrate and electrically connected to the other end of the light emitting element; and an insulation layer on the substrate including the second electrode, and having a first opening exposing a portion of the second electrode, and wherein the second electrode is electrically connected to the transistor through the first opening.

Display device and method of manufacturing the same

Provided is a mask having a plurality of cell areas, each of which has a plurality of through-portions defined therein. The mask includes a mask film including a polymer and a conductive layer disposed on at least one surface of the mask film and including conductive metal or a conductive metal oxide. Accordingly, precision of a deposition process is enhanced while reducing process time and costs in a manufacturing process of the mask, and thus the yield in manufacturing a display panel using the mask is improved. Therefore, the display panel manufactured using the mask may have improved reliability.

A display apparatus may include: a base substrate including at least one bending region and a non-bending region adjacent to the bending region and having a flexible property; a circuit device layer on the base substrate, the circuit device layer including a thin film transistor; a display device layer on the circuit device layer, the display device layer including an organic light emitting diode connected to the thin film transistor; an encapsulation layer covering the display device layer and including a first inorganic layer, an organic layer, and a second inorganic layer, which are sequentially stacked; and a groove overlapped with the bending region, the groove penetrating the display device layer and the circuit device layer, and at least one of the first inorganic layer and the second inorganic layer covers the groove.

Flexible display apparatus having improved reliability

An input sensing unit that utilizes conductive layers to sense various types of input. The input sensing unit may include a first conductive layer including first sensing electrodes; a second conductive layer disposed on the first conductive layer, the second conductive layer including second sensing electrodes and third sensing electrodes; and at least one insulating layer insulating the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer from each other. The input sensing unit senses at least one of a touch, a pressure, and a degree of moisture based on a change in capacitance between the conductive layers.

A panel bottom member includes a light absorbing member, a top bonding layer which is positioned at the top of the light absorbing member, a first vibration sound element which is positioned below the light absorbing member and bonded to the light absorbing member, a buffer member which is positioned below the light absorbing member and does not overlap with the first vibration sound element, and an interlayer bonding layer which is positioned between the light absorbing member and the buffer member.

Panel bottom member and display device including the same

A display device includes a display panel, a touch sensing member which is disposed on the display panel and comprises a touch sensing area and a vibration area disposed around the touch sensing area and generating vibrations in response to a first audio signal, and a window which is disposed on the touch sensing member and outputs sound in response to the vibrations generated in the vibration area.
