An organic light-emitting device includes: a first electrode; a second electrode facing the first electrode; and an organic layer between the first electrode and the second electrode, the organic layer including an emission layer. The organic layer includes a first compound represented by Formula 1 and a second compound represented by Formula 2. The first compound may be included in an emission layer, and the second compound may be included in an electron transport region.

Thus, the carbazole-based compound has high glass transition temperature and/or high melting point, and is stable during electron injection, and when interposed between a pair of electrodes (anode and cathode) of an organic light-emitting diode, the carbazole-based compound may have excellent thermal resistance against Joule's heat generated in organic layers between the pair of electrodes, between the organic layers, or between the organic layer and the electrode during an operation of the organic light-emitting diode.

The organic light emitting diode includes a first electrode, an emission layer disposed on the first electrode and including a host, an emitting dopant and an auxiliary dopant, and a second electrode disposed on the emission layer. Here, the auxiliary dopant has a higher band gap energy than the host. A method of fabricating the organic light emitting diode is provided.

An organic light emitting diode and a method of fabricating the same. The organic light emitting diode includes a substrate, a first electrode on the substrate, emission layers on the first electrode including red, green and blue pixel regions, and a second electrode on the emission layers. The organic light emitting diode further includes an electron transport layer on the emission layers, and an intermediate layer formed by co-depositing metal quinolate and an organic material between at least one of the emission layers and the electron transport layer. The intermediate layer inhibits hole transport and increases a life span of the red pixel region.

Organic light emitting diode and method of fabricating the same

Provided is an organic light emitting diode display device which can improve brightness and color coordinate characteristics in all emission wavelength ranges, and thus can enhance light extraction efficiency and color reproducibility. The organic light emitting diode display device includes a substrate, a first electrode disposed on the substrate, an organic layer disposed on the first electrode and having an emission layer, a second electrode disposed on the organic layer, and first and second refraction layers. The OLED display device includes a substrate, a lower electrode on the substrate in a first direction, a first organic layer on a first region of the lower electrode and having a first EML for displaying a first color, a second organic layer on a second region of the lower electrode and having a second EML for displaying a second color that is complementary to the first color, and an upper electrode disposed on the first and second organic layers in a second direction crossing the first direction, wherein the first organic layer has a different thickness from the second organic layer.
