The present disclosure relates to SH3YL1 monoclonal antibodies and compositions comprising the SH3YL1 monoclonal antibodies. The disclosure also relates to isolated nucleic acid molecules encoding the SH3YL1 antibodies, vectors comprising the nucleic acid molecules, and host cells comprising the vectors. Also disclosed are methods of modulating an immune response, methods of treating diabetic nephropathy, and methods of treating non-alcoholic steatosis hepatitis comprising administering the SH3YL1 antibodies. Also disclosed are methods of treating acute kidney injury and methods of treating inflammatory bowel disease comprising administering the SH3YL1 antibodies.

Disclosed is a method of providing biological data. The method includes the following steps performed by a data processing device: selecting a biological data set from a biological data pool; encrypting biological data included in the biological data set to produce encrypted biological data; transferring the encrypted biological data to a user; receiving a result of analysis on the encrypted biological data from the user; and transferring information on the encrypted biological data included in the result of the analysis to the user. The data processing device encrypts the biological data with a key determined according to a combination of biological data constituting the biological data set.

Provided is a nanoprobe based on a self-replicating biological material. The nanoprobe includes a binding agent existing in a first region of the biological material and capable of binding specifically to a target analyte, and nanoparticles existing in a second region of the biological material and providing an optical detection signal. The use of the nanoprobe enables quantitative analysis and multiplexed analysis of a target. In addition, the nanoprobe is easy to fabricate on a large scale.
