The present disclosure provides a touch display device comprising first and second subpixels included in adjacent first and second pixel areas in a column direction, first and second touch sensors respectively adjacent to the first and second pixel areas in a row direction, a first touch line electrically connected to the first and second touch sensors and extending in the column direction, a first sensing line extending in the column direction, a first sensing transistor configured to control an electrical connection between the first sensing line and the first touch sensor, a second sensing transistor configured to control electrical connection between the first sensing line and the second touch sensor, and a common touch bridge electrically connecting the first touch sensor and the second touch sensor to the first touch line. The touch display device can perform more accurate touch sensing by removing a ghost touch that may be caused by a temperature effect. In addition, the touch display device may reduce parasitic capacitance and load related to the touch sensor structure.

Touch display device and touch sensing method

The present disclosure provides a touch sensor embedded light emitting diode display device and a touch display panel. The device includes a substrate, a light emitting diode (LED) disposed over the substrate. The LED includes a first electrode and a second electrode. The device includes a pixel electrode electrically connected to the first electrode and a common electrode electrically connected to the second electrode. The device includes a driving transistor disposed over the substrate. The transistor includes an active layer, a source electrode, a drain electrode, and a gate electrode. The device includes a relay electrode electrically connecting the source electrode or drain electrode to the pixel electrode. The device includes a first touch sensor electrode disposed spaced apart from the light emitting diode and including the same conductive material as the pixel electrode.

Touch display device and touch display panel

The present disclosure relates to a touch display device including a substrate, a pixel area in which at least one subpixel is disposed, a first touch sensor area located on a first side of the pixel area, a second touch sensor area located on a second opposing side of the pixel area, at least one pixel electrode disposed in the pixel area, a first electrode disposed in the first touch sensor area, and a second electrode disposed in the second touch sensor area. As the first electrode and the second electrode include a metal included in the at least one pixel electrode, the touch display device can provide an effect of reducing the thickness of a display panel even though a touch sensor is embedded in the display panel.

A touch display device can include a touch electrode implemented using a material and disposed on a transmissive area of a subpixel. The touch electrode can be disposed easily in a display panel which a transmittance is high. Furthermore, a short circuit prevention electrode can be disposed between a second electrode of a light-emitting element and the touch electrode to reduce a defect occurrence of the touch electrode in a process, and various types of touch sensing function can be provided or a performance of a touch sensing can be improved by using the short circuit prevention electrode as an electrode performing a certain function.

A display device can include a substrate in which a plurality of pixels each including an emissive area and a transmissive area is disposed. The display device can further include a touch electrode in the transmissive area, and a plurality of first touch connection lines extended in a first direction and electrically connecting the touch electrodes respectively disposed in the pixels adjacent to each other. Further, the display device can include a reference line on the substrate in the emissive area and extended in a second direction different from the first direction, and a plurality of touch lines extended in the second direction in the emissive area and disposed on a plurality of insulating layers covering the reference line. Touch display device and method for manufacturing the same

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a touch sensing unit and a touch display device, in which touch routing lines can be arranged so as not to overlap signal lines supplying a signal for driving a display and the area of an electrode located between the signal line and in which the touch routing line can be reduced, thereby reducing parasitic capacitance between the signal line and the touch routing line. In addition, it is possible to further reduce noise due to the signal lines and to improve the performance of touch sensing by distributing noise due to the signal lines through touch dummy electrodes positioned between the touch electrodes and the touch routing lines so as to overlap the signal lines.

Touch sensing unit and touch display device

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a touch display device, in which touch routing lines arranged in a non-active area do not overlap signal lines supplying a signal for driving a display, and in which the size of the area in which a connection electrode, which is positioned between the touch routing lines and the signal lines, overlaps the signal lines is reduced, thereby reducing direct and indirect noise due to the signal lines. Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a touch display device, and more particularly, to a touch display device which can have a small bezel size even when touch routing lines connecting a touch sensor to a touch sensing circuit are disposed in a non-display area and which can improve touch sensitivity by preventing or minimizing the formation of parasitic capacitance that can be caused by the touch routing lines.
