The present invention relates to a driving method for flicker suppression of a display panel and a driving circuit thereof. The driving circuit includes a source driving circuit and a common voltage generating circuit. The driving method includes driving the source driving circuit to generate at least one first source signal and at least one second source signal, the first source signal corresponds to at least one first pixel on a first scanning line; the second source signal corresponds to at least one second pixel on a second scanning line. The common voltage generating circuit generates at least one common voltage. While driving the first pixel and the second pixel to display the same gray scale image, the first source signal is not equal to the second source signal, or a first common voltage and a second common voltage generated by the common voltage generating circuit are different.

Driving method for flicker suppression of display panel and driving circuit thereof

This disclosure provides a gate driving circuit, which comprises: first P-channel, second P-channel, first N-channel and second N-channel transistors, each has a gate, a source, a drain, and a base connected to the source; an output terminal electrically connected to the drains of the second N-channel and P-channel transistors; wherein the source of the first P-channel transistor is connected to a first voltage source, and a first voltage is applied to its gate; the source of the first N-channel transistor is connected to a second voltage source, and a second voltage is applied to its gate; the source of the second P-channel transistor is connected to the drain of the first P-channel transistor, and a third voltage is applied to its gate; the source of the second N-channel transistor is connected to the drain of the first N-channel transistor, and a control voltage is applied to its gate.

Gate driving circuit

A driving module for a display device includes a first transistor, comprising a gate coupled to a first node, a drain coupled to an output end, and a source coupled to a first positive voltage source; a second transistor, comprising a gate coupled to a second node, a drain coupled to output end, and a source coupled to a first negative voltage source; and a voltage generating unit, coupled to an input end, a second positive voltage source and a second negative voltage source for generating a first voltage at first node and a second voltage at second node according to a control signal from input end; wherein voltage difference between a first positive voltage of first positive voltage source and first voltage is smaller than first threshold and voltage difference between a first negative voltage of first negative voltage source and second voltage is smaller than second threshold.

Driving module for display device

The present invention relates to a power circuit of displaying device, which comprises a timing controller, a control circuit, and a charge pump (single or multiple stages). The timing controller outputs a timing control signal to the control circuit. The control circuit outputs a clock signal or a capacitance adjusting signal according to the timing control signal. The charge pump receives the input voltage and outputs an output voltage according to the clock signal or the capacitance adjusting signal. The output voltage is provided to the scan driver for generating a plurality of scan driving signals. Accordingly, by increasing the rise rate of the output voltage of the charge pump in the voltage conversion time and reducing the rise rate of the output voltage close to the voltage holding time, the present invention can achieve the effect of reducing the power consumption.

Power circuit of displaying device

A driving module, for a display device, includes a first transistor comprising a gate coupled to a first node, a drain coupled to an output end, and a source coupled to a first positive voltage source; a second transistor comprising a gate coupled to a second node, a drain coupled to the output end, and a source coupled to a first negative voltage source; and a voltage generating unit, coupled to an input end, a second positive voltage source and a second negative voltage source for generating a first voltage at the first node and a second voltage at the second node; wherein a difference between a first positive voltage of the first positive voltage source and the first voltage is smaller than a first threshold and a difference between a first negative voltage of the first negative voltage source and the second voltage is smaller than a second threshold.

Driving module and display device thereof

The present disclosure provides a method of reusing electrical energy for a charge pump. The method comprises operating in a reusing phase after a boosting phase is completed; retrieving energy of parasitic capacitance in the reusing phase; and reusing the energy of the parasitic capacitance for an internal circuit.
