There is provided an optical engine for a navigation device including a first light source, a second light source, a lens, a carrier member and an image sensor. The carrier member has a light holder, a lens holder, an accommodation space and a tilted wall. The first light source is arranged on the light holder of the carrier member, and reflected light associated with the first light source penetrates through the lens to propagate to the image sensor inside the accommodation space. Reflected light associated with the second light source penetrates through the tilted wall of the carrier member to propagate to the image sensor.

Optical engine with multiple light sources and package structure thereof

There is provided an optical engine for a navigation device including a first light source, a second light source, a lens, a barrier structure and an image sensor. The barrier structure has a first space for containing the first light source, a second space for containing the lens and a third space for containing the second light source and the image sensor. The reflected light associated with the first light source propagates to the image sensor via the lens in the second space. The reflected light associated with the second light source propagates to the image sensor via the third space without passing through the lens in the second space.

A pen mouse is provided for controlling a movement of a cursor displayed on a monitor. The pen mouse includes a pen and an optical detection module assembled in the pen. The optical detection module includes a circuit board, two sensors, and a laser emitter, the latter two of which are assembled onto the circuit board. When the pen mouse is moved along a working surface to implement a mouse control motion, the two sensors receive a detection light emitted from the laser emitter and reflected by the working surface, so as to determine whether the mouse control motion is a pen-tilted motion or a pen-spinning motion, thereby compensating the movement of the cursor.

There is provided a bottom cover for being covered on an optical system. The bottom cover is attached in front of the optical engine. The bottom cover has a bottom surface for facing a working surface when the optical system is moving on the working surface, a first opening for emission light of the optical engine to go through and a second opening for reflected light from the working surface to go through. The bottom cover is further formed with guiding protrusions protruded out from the bottom surface toward the working surface and surrounding at least the second opening to guide soft materials on the working surface to away from the second opening.

A joystick includes a stick head, an actuating component, a substrate, a bearing base, a resilient recovering component and a constraining component. The actuating component has a first end and a second end opposite to each other. The first end is connected to the stick head, and an identification feature is disposed on the second end. The substrate has a detection module used to detect the identification feature and determine motion of the stick head. The bearing base is disposed on the substrate. An opening portion of the bearing base aligns with the detection module and the actuating component. The resilient recovering component is disposed between the substrate and the bearing base. The constraining component is disposed on the resilient recovering component and movably disposed inside the opening portion, and used to abut against the actuating component in a detachable manner.

An optical detecting module with waterproofing function can be installed on a housing of a wearable device and includes an optical detecting component, a light source and a packaging structure. The light source is disposed by the optical detecting component, and the packaging structure provides the waterproofing function to the optical detecting component and the light source. The packaging structure includes a main body, a light emitting unit, alight incoming unit and a waterproofing component. The main body covers the optical detecting component and the light source. The light emitting unit and the light incoming unit are disposed on the main body and respectively face the light source and the optical detecting component. The waterproofing component is filled into a gap formed between the main body and the housing, to prevent moisture from leaking into the gap to rust terminals of the optical detecting component and the light source.

There is provided a capacitive joystick device including a substrate, a fixed plate, a movable member, a plurality of elastic elements, a cone and an operation stick. The substrate includes a ground region and a capacitance sensing region. The fixed plate includes a first opening. The movable member includes a second opening. The elastic elements are symmetrically disposed between the fixed plate and the movable member. The cone is disposed between the movable member and the substrate, and includes a base, a vertex and a lateral surface. The base presses against the movable member. The vertex is disposed on the ground region of the substrate. The lateral surface is aligned with the capacitance sensing region of the substrate. The operation stick extends from the base of the cone and passes through the first opening and the second opening.

An optical detecting device includes a light source, an optical detecting component, a package structure and a light tight component. The light source outputs a sampling signal to project onto an external object. The optical detecting component is disposed by the light source and has an interval relative to the light source. The optical detecting component receives the sampling signal reflected from the external object. The package structure covers the optical detecting component and the light source, and includes an illuminating surface unit and an incident surface unit respectively corresponding to the light source and the optical detecting component, and further includes an isolation component disposed between the illuminating surface unit and the emerging surface unit. The light tight component is disposed on the isolation component to obstruct transmission path of the sampling signal from the illuminating surface unit to the incident surface without reflection by the external object.

There is provided a light source module including an LED die and a light guide member. The light guide member is formed by injection molding to encapsulate the LED die. The light guide member is coated with a reflection film on a part of surface thereof and has at least one tilted surface opposite to the LED die.
