A display device includes a display panel, a vibrator and an adhesive layer. The vibrator is disposed on a surface of the display panel. The adhesive layer is disposed between the display panel and the vibrator, and a part of the adhesive layer contacts the display panel and another part of the adhesive layer contacts the vibrator.

Display device

A touch panel is provided. The touch panel includes a substrate having a touch area and a peripheral area adjacent to the touch area. A transparent conductive layer is disposed on the substrate, the transparent conductive layer includes a touch-sensing portion and a wiring portion, wherein the touch-sensing portion is electrically connected to the wiring portion, and wherein the touch-sensing portion is disposed corresponding to the touch area and the wiring portion is disposed corresponding to the peripheral area. A metal layer is disposed on the wiring portion of the transparent conductive layer and corresponding to the peripheral area. An insulating layer is disposed on the metal layer and corresponding to the peripheral area. A touch display device including the touch panel is also provided.

Touch panels and touch display devices

A liquid crystal display panel includes a substrate, a thin film transistor array, a circuit, and a dummy circuit. One surface of the substrate is divided into a display region and a wiring region. The thin film transistor array is formed on the display region. The circuit and the dummy circuit are formed on the wiring region, the dummy circuit is adjacent to the circuit, and the circuit and the dummy circuit protrude from the substrate.

A liquid crystal display (LCD) panel provides touch panel function. When the LCD panel is contacted, one or more internal piezoelectric elements respond to the pressure via one or more corresponding photo spacers and generate electrical signals.

The first protrusions are disposed on or generally adjacent to the first base and are embedded in the sealant, and part of the first orientation layer is disposed at interspaces between the first protrusions. A method for manufacturing the liquid crystal panel is also provided.

The sealant is configured for adhering the two substrates together, the sealant including a first portion () and a second portion (). The liquid crystal layer is sandwiched between the two substrates. The light shielding member corresponds to the second portion of the sealant. The first portion of the sealant is adjacent to the liquid crystal layer. The second portion of the sealant surrounds the first portion of the sealant. The second portion of the sealant has stronger adhesion than the first portion. The liquid crystal panel has improved reliability.

A light guide plate () for a backlight module includes a light incident surface (), a bottom surface (), and a plurality of light guide elements () disposed therein. Each light guide element has a light refractive surface () opposite to the light incident surface. An angle between the light refractive surface and the bottom surface is an acute angle. A refractive index of each light guide element is different from that of adjacent light guide elements. The reflectivity index of the light guide element and the angle can be selected and arranged so that most if not all the light beams are emitted from the light output surface. Thereby, the light guide plate is highly efficient in the utilization of light beams.
