A rotary structure module applied to a head-up display device includes a curved mirror assembly, at least one bracket and a driving element. The curved mirror assembly has a rotation axis, and includes a curved mirror, a fixing frame, a rotating shaft and a counterweight. The rotation axis corresponds to the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is passed through the fixing frame. The curved mirror and the counterweight are respectively fixed on two opposite sides of the fixing frame and located on two sides of the rotating shaft, so that the center of gravity of the curved mirror assembly is overlapped with the rotating axis. The bracket is sleeved on the rotating shaft, and the driving element drives the curved mirror assembly, so that the curved mirror rotates around the rotating shaft as the rotation axis.

Rotary structure module and head-up display device

The invention provides a fixing structure having an inner wall forming a through hole around a central axis and a first rib protruded from the inner wall toward the central axis along a radial direction of the through hole with an extending direction parallel to an axial direction of the central axis, and a projection apparatus including an illumination system, a light valve, and a projection lens. The illumination system includes the fixing structure, an optical device, and a light source illuminating the optical device to form an illumination beam. The optical device is placed in the through hole and interfered by the first rib to be fixed in the through hole. The light valve is located on a transmission path of the illumination beam and converts it into an image beam. The projection lens is located on a transmission path of the image beam and projects the image beam.

Fixing structure and projection apparatus using the same

A head-up display apparatus adapted to project an image light beam onto a target element is provided. The head-up display apparatus includes a display unit, a diffusion device, and an optical system. The display unit is adapted to provide the image light beam comprising a first light beam and a second light beam. The diffusion device includes a first diffusion region and a second diffusion region, and optical structures of the first and the second diffusion regions are different. The first diffusion region and the optical system are located on a transmission path of the first light beam and guide the first light beam to the target element to form a first image. The second diffusion region and the optical system are located on a transmission path of the second light beam and guide the second light beam to the target element to form a second image.

Head-up display apparatus

A projection apparatus including a housing, a light-transmissive cover, an optical engine module, a frame, and a projection apparatus and media player circuit module is provided. The light-transmissive cover is arranged on the housing to cover an opening of the housing. The optical engine module is configured to provide a projection light beam to be transmitted through the light-transmissive cover. The optical engine module is arranged in the housing. The frame is arranged on a top surface of the optical engine module. The frame includes extension arms extending in a direction away from the top surface. The projection apparatus and media player circuit module is configured to drive the optical engine module, and to play a pattern or an image, and is arranged on the extension arms to be distributed on at least two of side surfaces and a bottom surface of the optical engine module.

Projection apparatus with U-shaped printed circuit board

A projection device including a housing and a display module is provided. The display module is configured in the housing and may include a frame, an optical engine assembly, and at least one first electronic component. The frame may include a first assembling portion and at least one second assembling portion. The optical engine assembly is assembled to the first assembling portion in a first direction. The at least one first electronic component is assembled to the at least one second assembling portion in a second direction different from the first direction. In the projection device provided, interior space may be effectively utilized and the projection device may have advantages in a smaller volume.

Projection device

A light source module includes a shell, a fixed ring, an optical element, a first cover and a light-emitting element. The shell is formed as a tubular shape. The fixed ring, the optical element and the light-emitting element are all received in an inside of the shell, and the first cover is disposed at an end of the shell. In addition, the shell has a first stop part disposed in the inside of the shell, the optical element is disposed between the first stop part and the fixed ring, and the optical element is leant against the first stop part and the fixed ring. The light-emitting element is disposed between the fixed ring and the first cover, and is leant against the fixed ring and the first cover. A projection device using the source light module is also provided.

Light source module and projection device using the same

A light-emitting device includes a circuit board, a light-emitting element, a light-condensing element, and a glue. The circuit board has through holes, a first surface, and a second surface. The through hole has a first pathway and a second pathway. The first pathway extends from the first surface into the circuit board. The second pathway extends from the second surface into the circuit board and communicates with the first pathway. An accommodating space of the second pathway is greater than that of the first pathway. The light-emitting element is disposed on and electrically connected to the first surface. The light-condensing element has positioning posts. A portion of the light-condensing element is disposed on the light-emitting element. The positioning post passes through the first pathway and is located inside the second pathway. The glue is disposed in the second pathway for fixing the positioning posts in the through hole.

Light-emitting device and projector

A projection system and an expansion module adapted to a projector are provided. The projection system includes a projector and an expansion module. The expansion module includes a housing, a logic circuit, and an output port. The logic circuit is disposed in the housing to control an operation of the expansion module. The output port is disposed in the housing and coupled to the logic circuit. The output port is connected to an input port of the projector and outputs a data stream to the input port, such that the projector generates an image and projects the image according to the data stream.

Projection system and expansion module

An adjustment device for adjusting an angle of a dichroic mirror of a projector with respect to an optical engine base of the projector is disclosed. The dichroic mirror is pivotably mounted to the optical engine base. The adjustment device includes a link and an eccentric screw. The link has a first end and a second end. The first end is adapted to be fixedly mounted to the dichroic mirror. The second end has an opening. The eccentric screw is adapted to extend through the opening to be screwed to the optical engine base. The eccentric screw includes an eccentric section disposed within the opening. The eccentric section pushes the link such that the link drives the dichroic mirror to pivot with respect to the optical engine base upon rotating of the eccentric screw. A projector including the adjustment device is also disclosed.

Adjustment device and projector having the same

A filter housing structure adapted to a projector having a first encircled hook-and-loop fastening layer, a housing, a filtering layer, and a second encircled hook-and-loop fastening layer is provided. The first encircled hook-and-loop fastening layer is fixed on the casing of the projector and surrounds the openings arrayed on the casing. The housing has a central portion and a boundary portion. The central portion has a plurality of through holes thereon corresponding to the openings of the casing. The boundary portion surrounds the central portion and is corresponding to the first encircled hook-and-loop fastening layer. The filtering layer is assembled in the central portion and is disposed between the through holes and the openings for shielding the through holes. The second encircled hook-and-loop fastening layer is fixed on the boundary portion for fastening the housing to the first encircled hook-and-loop fastening layer.

Filter housing structure of projector

A turning mechanism is adapted to a projector including a base and a zoom lens set in a base for turning a zoom bar of the zoom lens. The turning mechanism includes a fixed element and a movable element. The fixed element is suitable to be fastened to the base and has a pair of slide tracks. The movable element has a pair of slide edges, a pair of slide hooks, and a turn portion. The slide hooks lock the slide tracks respectively, and the slide edges are supported by the slide tracks respectively. Therefore, the movable element substantially slides around a light axis of the zoom lens relative to the fixed element, so as to move the turn portion to turn the zoom bar.

Turning mechanism

A heat dissipation device of a projector for transmitting the heat from a lamp out of the projector, the heat dissipation device comprises a fan, a diversion duct, and a division vane. The diversion duct is used for changing the direction of the air flow that generated by the fan to a second direction from a first direction; and the division vane is disposed within the diversion duct for splitting the air flow to discharge the air flow with uniform distributing heat off the diversion duct.
