A baffle structure includes a main body, a first board, and a second board. The first board has a first sliding groove and a second sliding groove. The main body is slidable along the first sliding groove, making the first board movable between a first height position and a second height position below the first height position. The second board is located on the first board. The second board is slidable along the second sliding groove. The second board is movable to a third height position below the second height position. By moving the first board and the second board to the first height position, the second height position, and the third height position, the baffle structure can be quickly switched between a transportation mode, a foot protection mode, and a wind blocking mode. A rack and a server system using the baffle structure are also disclosed.

A cabinet for electronic components, which is resistant to shocks resulting in deformation of a housing and unsteady leaning of a cabinet casing, includes a cabinet body, a plurality of supporting units, and a plurality of shock-proof units. The plurality of supporting units is disposed on a bottom portion of the cabinet body, and each of the plurality of shock-proof units includes a shock-proof member and a carrier. An end of the shock-proof member rests on the floor or ground, and the other end is connected to the cabinet body. The carrier is connected to the cabinet body and supports the cabinet body, inclination of the cabinet body following heavy jarring and impacts is prevented.

A support frame includes first and second mounting members, and an adjusting member. The second mounting member defines a groove. One groove wall of the groove defines a plurality of positioning holes. The adjusting member includes a base body, a sliding member, and an elastic member. The base body is disposed on the first mounting member, and at least a part of the base body is accommodated in the groove. The sliding member is slidably disposed on the base body and includes a clamping body. The elastic member is disposed on the sliding member, and the elastic member can drive the sliding member to engage the clamping body with one of the plurality of positioning holes. When the support frame is in a cabinet, an interior installation size of the cabinet is adjustable for any particular relative position between the first and second mounting members.

A fixing device for a cabinet, and the cabinet with such fixing device, hold vulnerable components steadily in place at all times. The cabinet includes a door panel, internal components, and at least one fixing device. The door panel defines at least one locking hole and supports at least one component. Each fixing device includes a telescopic portion and an operation portion and each telescopic portion is aligned with one locking hole. The operation portion is rotatable one way to extend the telescopic portion to abut and hold the component in place, and rotatable in the reverse direction to unlock and release the component.

A structure for mounting servers includes at least one cross beam, at least one mounting column, and at least one fastening subassembly. A guide rail is fixed on each of the cross beam and extends along the cross beam. A first space is formed by the guide rail and the cross beam. The mounting column is connected to the cross beam by the fastening subassembly. The mounting column is perpendicularly connected to the cross beam by the fastening subassembly. The fastening subassembly comprises a first fastener which comprises a thumb screw and an extrusion subassembly. The extrusion subassembly is located in the first space and capable of moving back and forth along the cross beam. The thumb screw passes through the mounting column, enters into the first space, and matches with the extrusion subassembly to tighten the cross beam and the mounting column.

An inbuilt but deployable supporting apparatus for supporting a server cabinet includes an extension arm and a supporting unit. The extension arm includes two opposite ends, one end of the extension arm is movably connected to a lower side of the server rack, the supporting unit is connected to the other end of the extension arm. The extension arm is movable between a retracted position, where the extension arm saves space by being accommodated in the lower side of the server rack, and a deployed position, where the extension arm is extended out of the server rack and, being adjustable in respect of the distance or depth down to a supporting surface, takes support from the supporting surface through the supporting unit.

An adjustable hinge assembly includes a first hinge leaf, a second hinge leaf hinge-coupled to the first hinge leaf, and a hinge pin. The first hinge leaf defines a first knuckle hole corresponding to the hinge pin, and the second hinge leaf defines a second knuckle hole corresponding to the hinge pin. The first hinge leaf is hinge-coupled to the second hinge leaf by the hinge pin, the first knuckle hole, and the second knuckle hole. The hinge pin is movable within the first knuckle hole to adjust a position of the first hinge leaf relative to the second hinge leaf.

A server cabinet includes a base plate, a number of sidewalls, a top plate, and a number of reinforcing ribs. The sidewalls are arranged surrounding the base plate and coupled between the top plate and the base plate to form a cavity. A portion of the sidewalls defines a number of receiving grooves. The reinforcing ribs are received within the receiving grooves and coupled to at least one of the sidewalls and the base plate.

A structural column for a server includes a first bent portion, a second bent portion connected with the first bent portion, a third bent portion connected with the second bent portion, a fourth bent portion connected with the third bent portion, and a fifth bent portion connected with the fourth bent portion. The structural column is made from a single piece of flat sheet metal and the shapes of the bent portions and their respective interactions, without fasteners or other joining means, provide high strength and light weight.
