A synchronous hinge module includes a first axle, a second axle, a third axle, a fourth axle, at least one central frame, at least two connecting bases, a plurality of first baffle plates, at least two side frames, and a plurality of second baffle plates. The at least one central frame is disposed around the first axle and the second axle. The at least two connecting bases are engaged with two opposite ends of the at least one central frame respectively. The plurality of first baffle plates is respectively disposed around the first axle, the third axle and the second axle, the fourth axle. Each of the first baffle plates extends outside each of the at least two connecting bases and the at least one central frame.

Synchronous hinge module

An electronic device includes a first body, a second body and a hinge assembly. The hinge assembly includes a bearing base, a movable base, a first hinge mechanism, a second hinge mechanism and a switching member. The bearing base is connected to the first body and has a first engaging portion. The first hinge mechanism is connected between the movable base and the second body. The second hinge mechanism is connected between the movable base and the bearing base. The first and second hinge mechanisms are connected to adjacent sides of the movable base. The switching member includes a main body slidably connected to the movable base in a switching direction, a second engaging portion engaged with or disengaged from the first engaging portion as the main body moves, and an interference portion entering or exiting the first hinge mechanism as the main body moves.

Electronic device

A foldable electronic device includes a first body, a second body and a hinge body. The hinge body is pivoted to the first body around a first pivoting axis and pivoted to the second body around a second pivoting axis so that the first body is able to rotate relatively to the second body. When the first body rotates to a first position relatively to the second body, a first front surface of the first body is closed to a second front surface of the second body on a closing plane, and a pivoting plane where the first pivoting axis and the second pivoting axis are located on and the closing plane are oblique to each other.

A control mechanism for a clamper guider in a slot-in drive comprises a motor used to drive a transmission sheet to move through a gear train; the transmission sheet drives a control sheet to rotate counterclockwise or clockwise and further to cause a raised piece of the control sheet to prop against or separate from the lower end of a downward bended section of the clamper guider to allow a clamper at the lower section of the clamper guider to be separated from or entered the location that a disc is clamped. Whereby, the whole control mechanism has a more power saving structure and the matching design of the whole transmission structure and the motor used therein is more convenient.

A clamper guider in a slot-in drive comprises a sheet body, a lower section at the lower side of the sheet body is disposed at the front end of the sheet body; a rear section pivotally connected to a ceiling plate of a chassis is disposed at the rear end of the sheet body; an arm is extended at the flank side of the sheet body, the flank side of the arm is connected to the ceiling plate of the chassis; a round hole combined with said clamper is disposed at the lower section. Whereby, the clamper guider has a smaller volume and the matching design of each component in the whole chassis is more convenient. And, a shorter pivoting end is disposed between the clamper guider and the ceiling plate of the chassis and the end that the clamper guider is combined with the clamper is more stable rather not to yield a shaking in the level direction.

A transmission mechanism in a slot-in drive comprises a chassis respectively connected to a motor, worm, worm gear and a plurality of spur gears, a rubber roller, transmission sheet and control sheet, in which one of the spur gears and the rubber roller are connected to a same rotating shaft and can be driven by the adjacent spur gear; another spur gear can drive a rack of the transmission sheet to allow the transmission sheet to drive the control sheet to move; fewer components are installed in the whole structure, the assembly and the manufacturing are easier and the production cost can be reduced.

An anti-shock traverse structure includes a movable frame attached to a traverse. The movable frame has elastic plates extending therefrom. The elastic plates have respective upwardly bent sections to resiliently bias against a lower side of a tray.

A loader tray for eliminating disk vibration and resonance effect has recessions with an opening for placing disks for available for a disk to be read/recorded and hollow parts for balancing the air pressure are provided at the recession of the tray. Therefore, a steady disk can be obtained in a state of high rotation speed and a reading/recording job can be performed effectively in the loader.
