A sensing device includes a substrate, two chips, and a shielding structure. The two chips are respectively defined as an emitting chip and a receiving chip. The emitting chip can emit a sensing light beam, the receiving chip can receive the sensing light beam, and the two chips are fixed in position on the substrate at intervals. At least one of the chips is electrically connected to the substrate through at least one wire, and a position where the wire is connected to the substrate is located between the two chips. The shielding structure is formed on the substrate. The shielding structure is located between the two chips, and the shielding structure covers the wire and a portion of the chip connected to the wire. Compared with the conventional photo-plethysmography sensor, the sensing device has the advantage of a smaller size.

Sensing device

A light emitting diode (LED) package structure is provided and includes a substrate, an LED chip and a reflective component. The substrate has a first and a second region, and the substrate includes at least one electrode pad disposed on the second region. The LED chip is disposed on the substrate and has a chip upper surface with a light emitting region and a wire bonding region. The LED chip includes at least one electrode contact located at the wire bonding region and is electrically connected to the at least one electrode pad via a metal wire. The reflective component includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portion includes a first surface flush with the light emitting region and the second portion includes a second surface above a highest point of the metal wire.

Light emitting diode package structure

An LED package structure includes a ceramic substrate, a ceramic board, a light-emitting unit, a first adhesive layer, a second adhesive layer, and a cover. The ceramic board having a thru-hole is disposed on the ceramic substrate. The light-emitting unit is disposed on the ceramic substrate and is arranged in the thru-hole of the ceramic board. The first and second adhesive layers are disposed on the ceramic board, and the second adhesive layer covers the first adhesive layer. The cover is fixed on the ceramic board by the first and second adhesive layers. Thus, the shearing force of the LED package structure of the instant disclosure is increased by having the first and second adhesive layers, which are connected to each other.

LED package structure

An optical biosensor module includes a circuit board having a mounting surface and first and second circuits. A light-receiving unit is disposed on the mounting surface, and includes a light receiver electrically connected to the first circuit and having a light-receiving surface. A light-emitting unit is disposed on the light-receiving surface, and includes a light emitter electrically connected to the second circuit and having a light-emitting surface, and a light emitter blocking wall surrounding the light emitter. An opaque interface exists between the light receiver and the light emitter, and a top side of the light emitter blocking wall is equal to or higher than the light-emitting surface.

Optical biosensor module and method for making the same

An optical sensor includes a substrate, light emitting units for emitting light with different wavelengths, and a photodetector. The substrate has at least one receiver for containing these light emitting units and a slot for containing the photodetector. A light guide structure of the optical sensor can be the receiver with a specific design, so that the light emitted by the light emitting units can be reflected towards a central axis of the photodetector. Thus, when at least one of the light emitting units emits light onto an object, the photodetector can receive the light reflected from the object.

Optical sensor

A light-emitting display device includes a substrate, several light emitting units for emitting light with different wavelengths, and an optical lens. The substrate has at least one receiver for containing these light emitting units. A light guide structure of the light-emitting display device can be the receiver with a specific designed, a frame body with at least one corresponding through hole formed on the corresponding receiver, or at least one optical element formed on the corresponding receiver, so as the light emitted by the light emitting units can be reflected towards the preset optical axis. And the optical lens is formed on the light guide structure as medium for mixing lights of different wavelengths for achieving a uniform lighting effect.
