A heat-dissipating device includes a casing and a heat dissipating fin set. The casing has a first hole structure. The heat dissipating fin set includes a protruding fin, a sheltering component and a bridging component. A hollow chamber of the protruding fin has a first opening and a second opening adjacent to each other. The first opening is connected to an inner space of the casing. The sheltering component is disposed on the protruding fin to shelter the second opening. The bridging component is connected to the protruding fin and fixed onto the first hole structure.

Heat-dissipating device

An optical engine module and a projector having the same are provided. The optical engine module includes an optical engine housing having a sound outlet, a light modulation unit disposed in the optical engine housing, and a heat dissipation tube disposed on the optical engine housing at an outer side of the optical engine housing and configured to dissipate heat from the optical engine housing. The heat dissipation tube communicates with the sound outlet. Noise is generated when the light modulation unit is operated. The noise travels from the sound outlet into the heat dissipation tube and is reflected back through the heat dissipation tube to the sound outlet to form a reflected sound wave, and the heat dissipation tube has a length enabling the reflected sound wave and the noise to have a phase difference of 180 degrees.

Optical engine module and projector having the same

An image projection system includes a light source for generating a light beam, a reflective housing, and an invisible-light reflector. The reflective housing includes an opening and forms an accommodating space for accommodating the light source so that the light beam can emit from the opening along an optical path. The invisible-light reflector, whose normal is arranged to form an acute angle with the optical path, is installed at a reflecting position intersecting with the optical path outside the opening of the reflective housing. The invisible light of the light beam will be reflected back to the accommodating space by the invisible-light reflector without any destruction caused by the invisible light.

The invention discloses a projector including a light-source device, a guiding passage, and a fan. The light-source device includes a light-source lamp for emitting light. The guiding passage has an outlet and an inlet. There is a block disposed in the vicinity of the outlet. The outlet of the guiding passage is connected to the light-source device, and the inlet of the guiding passage is connected to the fan. The fan blows an air flow into the guiding passage. When the air flow passes through the block disposed in the vicinity of the outlet, the air flow will be divided into a first air flow and a second air flow. Afterward, the first air flow cools a first portion of the light-source device, and the second air flow cools a second portion of the light-source device. Accordingly, temperature of the light-source lamp can be stably maintained.

Projector

An electronic device. The electronic device comprises a heat source, a housing having an inlet and an outlet, a fan disposed in the housing and selectively rotating at a first speed and a second speed higher than the first speed to generate air flow in the housing to cool the heat source, and a plurality of louvers disposed on the housing, having adjustable angles and selectively positioned at a first angle and a second angle. When the louvers are positioned at the first angle, the fan rotates at the first speed, and when the louvers are at the second angle, the fan rotates at the second speed.

Electronic device and heat dissipation module thereof

A method for detecting the cleanliness of a filter. The filter is disposed on an air inlet or an air outlet of a fan. The method includes the following steps. At first, outputting a rotation control voltage to the fan, and an airflow generated by the rotation of the fan flows through the filter. Then, detect an actual rotation rate of the fan, and calculate an actual dust value faccording to the actual rotation rate and the rotation rate control voltage. Then, a dust upper limit value of the filter is defined. Finally, the cleanliness of the filter is determined according to the actual dust value and the dust upper limit value.

Method for detecting the cleanliness of a filter

A filter device. The filter device comprises a first shaft, a second shaft separated from the first shaft by a predetermined distance, a filter looped around the first shaft and the second shaft and moved as the first and the second shafts rotate, and a brush contacting the filter. The brush removes filtered matter from the filter screen when an electronic device (projector) is started.
